Awful customer service

I ordered a bicycle with them through their website and 4 months later still didn't get it despite several emails and promises. Most of the emails went unanswered. First they told me the bike was not available, then weeks later, they were waiting for a part, then finally said they gave my frame to someone else with no explanation. That was the final straw, so I demanded a refund and was told it would be sent to the accountant. Then a week later, still no refund. I communicated in the end directly with Markus Storck as a last resort, and he was very nice, but really couldn't expedite my refund.

I would say this: don't order anything from their website, rather get the item directly through their dealer since it will be somewhat more reliable.

This is one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had.

5000eur and no bike!

I have ordered a bike on 14/03/25. The communicated delivery time was 2 weeks. It has been now almost 2 month and I have still not received my bike despite having sent multiple emails. I only got a few reply and no proactive updates about the expected delivery time! I spent 5000euros on this bike. Such treatment is not acceptable.

If you think because they're German

If you think because they're German, sell expensive bikes and have nice and beautiful instagram pics, you are going to have a good service, you are in for a surprise. The bikes are great, but the post sale support is NON EXISTENT. No response at all. May god help you if some Storck specific part, like a non generic seat post, on your bike breaks. Because sure thing. Marcus Storck won't.

Marcus may know how to make good bikes, unfortunately, his good skills stop there.

Very poor customer service

Very poor customer service. Despite telling me the bike would take 2 months to deliver from purchase, after numerous emails, I received my bike 10 months later.
There was a serious manufacturing issue with my bike. I asked them how to resolve it and they told me there was no issue. They didn’t want to know.

Poor customer service and no bike or money

After 5 days of waiting for a reply for an update for my over 10K paid bicycle. I believe it's time to write a review!

Waiting for my bike which was expected to be delivered in April 2022. Now we have almost August 2022.

I've received multiple wrong delivery dates, that turned out not to be true at all, since I'm obviously still waiting for my new bicycle. Which is of course fully paid.

Sent some emails in and it takes forever for them to reply. Which is a standard reply. Due to Covid-19, due to manufacturing issues in China, due to the lack of spare parts.

As a business, you are responsible for your customers! No updates, you always have to chase them to get a delayed and standard reply.

I decided to go with Storck because I thought I was going to get my bike faster because of their system showing up as delivery in April! Turns out, that I should have stayed with CANYON bicycles because at least the responded quickly and truthfully.

Here at Storck it only matters the show they are displaying. While I think it's nice for the company owner to enjoy his life traveling around the globe and then going to the bike fairs. It would also be nice if you put this much attention into your bicycle customers, who are funding your lifestyle!

It's easy to satisfy customer needs but you have to be willing to do it as well!

Maybe update your customers 2 x a month and then your customers would at least know when to expect their paid for bicycles.
