Awful customer service
I ordered a bicycle with them through their website and 4 months later still didn't get it despite several emails and promises. Most of the emails went unanswered. First they told me the bike was not available, then weeks later, they were waiting for a part, then finally said they gave my frame to someone else with no explanation. That was the final straw, so I demanded a refund and was told it would be sent to the accountant. Then a week later, still no refund. I communicated in the end directly with Markus Storck as a last resort, and he was very nice, but really couldn't expedite my refund.
I would say this: don't order anything from their website, rather get the item directly through their dealer since it will be somewhat more reliable.
This is one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had.
