Super helpful, honoured a price I’d seen a couple of weeks earlier on another advertising platform and send me a code. Yet to receive item but company offers free returns however I’ve no doubt it will surpass expectations

Hello Claudia, we would like to apologize for your experience in not having your parcel arrive the very next day. While we enjoy a 98% success rate in our parcels being delivered on time, there are always a few here and there that are delayed or in the case of your parcel (go missing) altogether, hence your refund in full.
This was the first time using this company, and I was very happy with the speed of service, communications about the progress of my order, the price paid, and the product purchased. I would happily recommend them based on this purchase.
We bought 2 kayaks from Havvic but asked for one to be shipped ahead of the other so we could try it out and check we both felt comfortable in it before the second one was sent. We had some delivery issues that wasn’t the fault of Havvic, but Keith was really helpful, he constantly hounded the courier and kept us updated.
The second kayak arrived today and we couldn’t be happier with them 😊
