Quick but expensive delivery
Ì received the delivery much quicker than expected. However I wasn't expected UPS to do this delivery... I have received an invoice of 36 CHF a few days later... I'm not completely sastified but the service was good otherwise.

I purchased a replica jersey fully customised. Unfortunately the name was wrongly spelt so I sent an email to complain. I got a quick response asking to see the picture of the name. I sent it and I was asked to keep the jersey and expect a replacement which arrived within a few days. I'm a happy customer.

Doesnt say anyting about VAT if you ship it to a non EU country. And even if your purchase is under the minimal price for VAT they (or more exactly ups) will charge it.
