The figures were all high quality but admittedly they did come with an issue or two. Some of the connections like ball joints stuff came out brittle and broken. But I contacted support with images and they replaced them for me free of charge. So I'm not sure where exactly the other negative reviews here are coming from. The support is usually pretty fast though I didn't get notified when the requests for new parts was fulfilled and they arrived maybe a week or two later. Either way I do really like this place for the product of their figures and their good customer support!

My main takeaways here are that:
- The shipping is good
- The figurine quality is good
- The customer support is good
I enjoyed everything through and through, doesnt mean there weren't issues along the way but they were easily resolved and the customer support was very accommodating and understanding.

I purchased a $130 Balrog statue from Sideshow, a specialty manufacturer and distributor of collectible action figures, statues, and high end pieces; Asmus is who made the Balrog.

This item arrived in a much lower quality state than the pictures led me to expect. The paint job looks unfinished with some sections not done at all, the figure leans when standing (even when on the base), the base was deformed/warped, and the seam lines/connection points for the limbs and other pieces don't align well/are quite unsightly. Even the box it came in (not the exterior Sideshow cardboard box but the interior product/item box) was damaged with a convex/bowing outward shape and it was barely held closed by tape. Oddly , the entire figure was wrapped in numerous layers of bubble wrap vs the typical Styrofoam approach I'm used to with figures from Sideshow's site, and I think packing it that way is what caused the internal box to bow outward.

I'm not looking to return this item as it's outside the 30 day window and honestly for what I paid for, it's not that bad. I'm just disappointed that while the item's size is impressive and the design is quite formidable from a distance, the details up close are severely lacking and the quality just isn't there unfortunately. It feels and looks like an early 90's PVC model, and I think other fans/collectors would benefit from knowing what they'll be getting. Many, like myself, would likely be fine with the end cost and product, but others might have similar or greater expectations to what I initially had and might prefer a different figure.

Do not buy from them. No communication, no customer service gets back to you. Email does not work and they do not answer you on Facebook. They're a con scammers, will have to check with my credit card company.

Bought two DMC figures from the Official Asmus Store Website, was a bit unsure because i never had any experience with them before and the quality of their figures. I must say i had a very positively experience with their customer service and both figures came in well packaged and the quality is awesome! I totally recommend them, if something concerns you or you need a simple update on your order just ask them, that’s what i did on the first figure, they replied in a time span of 24h with a kind response and a tracking number!

Honestly I thought they were reputable company but there's been a few red flags recently.

- I've tried to contact them several times, through their website and also through email; there's been zero response, and I mean nothing; not even to acknowledge the fact I've sent them a message at all.
- Their site is very inconsistent and will randomly become unavailable, in addition, various links such as the "exclusives" tab return an error page as well.

Usually when the store website is not even being looked properly after and especially when you can't contact a company for general enquiries, it's because they are trying to avoid people contacting them or they have no customer service team in place any more. Whether it's because they're up to something or if they are struggling and are planning to take your money and close down without warning. I don't know what's happening at all with Asmus but I would suggest not ordering any of their products unless from a third party website you trust, just in case.
