Paid order, paid import fees, no package, no serious support

ordered Adidas Samba AS Roma shoes from the official AS Roma Store.

Delivery country: Switzerland
Carrier: UPS

I paid for the shoes. Later, UPS also demanded import charges, which I paid as well. Despite this, I still have not received my package.

The delivery process was chaotic and unacceptable. UPS tracking was unclear and contradictory. The package was supposed to be delivered or made available at a UPS Access Point, but when I went there personally, the package was not there.

Even worse, AS Roma Store sent me an automatic email saying that my order had been delivered. This was false. I did not receive the package, I did not sign for anything, and the package was not available at the pickup point.

I contacted AS Roma Store several times and explained the situation. I asked them to intervene with UPS, because I bought the product from AS Roma Store, not from UPS. As the seller, AS Roma Store should make sure that the customer receives the goods or receives real support when delivery fails.

Instead, I received no serious help and no concrete solution.

I am Roman and I have been an AS Roma fan for 40 years. That is exactly why this experience is so disappointing. I bought these shoes with pride and joy, but now I feel completely abandoned as a customer and as a fan.

In my opinion, this is unacceptable for an official club store. Taking payment, failing to ensure delivery, sending an incorrect “delivered” notification, and then not providing serious support is a terrible way to treat loyal fans.

After this experience, I will not buy anything from AS Roma Store again. I also do not want to wear AS Roma merchandise if this is how the club treats its supporters and customers.

I paid for the product. I paid the import charges. I still do not have my package.

I cannot recommend AS Roma Store.

ROMA Online store IS A FRAUD - DO NOT ORDER FROM ROMA WEBSHOP

Absolutely terrible. My shipment never arrived. Roma Online store not answering messages. THIEVES!!!
I have done 2 purchases within the last month.
On the first purchase the item was wrong as the website didn't function correctly.
The second purchase is stuck in shipment due to error in value declaration for import tax (ordered to Thailand). Neither the Roma customer service nor UPS who handles international shipping can solve this.
Safe to say i will never purchase Roma merchandize online again
UPDATE 28 May 2026: Shipment is stuck in customs. Roma Webshop is not replying to communications from courier. I have now done a fraud dispute with my bank to reverse the charges

I placed an order online for the very first time. I received a goalkeeper jersey that apparently was extra large, but the tags did not match the tags inside of the shirt. I sent them various emails on a solution and I’m getting help. They did not bother to read it. All they did was complain and say it was my fault that I ordered the wrong size even though I could tell that thing was not authentic since I buy a lot of Adidas jerseys and they always fit. I’m also disappointed that they offered me 4 euros coupon to buy from their store which is less to nothing. I offered to return it back but they want me to pay customs and the prepaid label just to receive the items which is ridiculous. I spent over $500 400 on the items and the shipping and another hundred something on customs so basically me returning it is a big loss do not buy online from them. They are not professional rude and very dismissive. They don’t care. I’m so disappointed as aroma fan. They need to get this store and their associates better training on how to deal with customers there is zero customer service here.

Don’t care

Ordret at shirt, White badges, the badge was loose, and almost felt of, first time my son used the shirt.
I contacted the shop, an it was too late for them to help me, i was tre month an to days after i ordert, the shirt. And they have tre month of garanti, after deliwery….. but I live in Danmark. And deliwery, take time. So it was not tre month after deliwery.
But I gave up, because they would have found another reason, not to help…. It is the second time i order a shirt, there is not ok. How is i posible!!!
How Can an official shop, Care so litle about there costumers, and fans of AS Roma.

Not reliable dont order

I did order a jacket witch was of really bad quality and as well too big and the colors from the foto did not match at all. I asked to sent t back but they dont want it back and they want to give me 10% of the price back and I could give it to someone else. But I dont want the jacket at all, because its really horrible. So please dont order with them, they are not reliable. So from 40 € they want to give me back 10% less then 4€!!!!!! thats incredible!!!!
