Starfield Constellation edition broken watch - Bethesda just ignoring me

Bought Starfield Constellation edition, and my chronomark watch stopped working despite me babying the thing.Warranty right? Well logged the ticket in early July … got a response asking for more info and evidence … since then crickets. I have numerous times asked for feedback on the ticket and nothing. This was a very expensive purchase and would like a response and way forward

Final update: on 4 Feb 2025 I finally received my replacement chrono mark watch. This took about 7 months for this RMA. Still a one star experience. But it’s now closed.

Actively discriminating against disabled customers.

So, Bethesda has a tendency to manufacture scarcity by releasing popular items in extremely limited quantities. They offer no safety features against single customers buying as much as 40 copies of an item, specifically to resell on E-Bay for as much as, and I wish I was joking, TEN times the initial asking price.

My experience today was as follows, they did a limited reissue of an item I wanted, I got it in my cart and before I could finish my payment the item was yanked out of my cart without warning and I was told it had sold out. I suffer from cerebral palsy and it turns out, I can't finish a transaction before an item is denied to me. Reputable companies at least put an item on hold for you for long enough to complete a transaction. Not the case for Bethesda. This is the worst I have been treated by any company and the first time my disability prevented me from buying something.

Somehow broke Skyrim on Ps4

Somehow broke Skyrim on Ps4, 10 years after release. I paid money for this update, and now it's so bugged it's worse than what it was at release. Literally unplayable because I can't save. Loading previous saves does not work and I don't have any mods installed. This is worse than Konami, this is just incredibly lazy. We didn't want the update if it killed the game. Also no way I can get a refund. This should be illegal. It's fraud

I have over 5 orders at…

I have over 5 orders at eumerch.bethesda.net none of them were on time. Several were/are on preorder, the website shows that the items are in stock at the time of ordering but I was told they weren't in stock by support. They then show as pre order items. Later they go back to being back in stock and after contacting bethesda they say that they're not in stock.

Support is utterly worthless sometimes since they just shut down your ticket after they answer. If you're lucky you'll get a rep that knows what they're talking about or you could be unlucky like me and have to create 6 tickets to get 1 question answered.

224 days and still waiting…

Ordered multiple items on the 2nd of June 2018. On the 22nd of September, 112 (!) days later, I received 2 out of 4 items. Now, 224 (yes, 224) days later I still haven’t received the remaining items. They never reached out to me to tell my order was delayed. On contacting them they always give me a new date a month from now.

The items I did get were rather poor. The Quake hoodie I ordered in size XL was more like a size M or even less. In addition the quality of the hoodie is pretty questionable and the fabric is really flimsy. Send it back you say? The return policy states that I'm responsible for the costs of sending it back to Germany.

This is by far the worst online shopping experiences of my life.

Shambles....

Shambles....
Ordered the doormat from the german store. estimate 1-3 days dispatch/delivery. It took 7 days to dispatch. Feckless lazy staff, dont reply to emails.
Dispatched through DHL. I checked my local DHL depot (2 miles away). I could can pick up from the depot I thought. No DHL give it to UK mail, whos depot is in Dartford which is 35 miles away in Kent.
Utter shambles, just not worth the stress.
