Avoid using this store's services. I ordered a couple of items with delivery to Europe last year, and I still regret it. They made a mistake and stated the wrong value on the package - twice the actual amount. Due to this error, I had to pay a significant customs duty (40 pounds). In response to my complaints, the store initially promised to investigate, then requested additional documents (which I provided), subjected me to rude behavior, and later promised again to look into the matter. In the end, I didn't receive any compensation and I regret the time and money spent.

My daughter absolutely loves Ed sheeran and this store sells official merchandise.
Ordered a jumper before Xmas and was worried it wouldn’t come on time so ordered another but opted for express delivery. Both happened to arrive on time so I have sent other one back and waiting on refund.
Anyhow the store didn’t aknowledge the receipt of the returned jumper untill I contacted them.
They then couldn’t locate my order details.
Now they are saying up to 30 days to refund back to my card ! Like how are they sending it? On the back of a snail fgs.
Absolute joke.
However I will say items are reasonably priced and so turn up but customer service is shockingly poor.
Also the contact us form kn their website doesn’t work !
Not very good at all.
