I purchased a lady date just rolex for c.12k euros in December 2021. The watch they sold stopped working after only 4 months. We took the watch to a registered and authorized rolex watchmaker who told us that the glass sapphire had been damaged and needed to be repaired. I emailed and called this store in Courmayeur multiple times with no answer. They deliberately avoided me and failed to take responsibility for selling me a damaged watch. Do not buy a Swiss watch from an Italian - pls go to Switzerland. I have purchased 5 Rolex watches in my life and this was the worst experience I've ever had. They lie to cover their own mistakes and the women that sold the watch had no idea about the watch or brand. Their customer service is awful and they will sell you a faulty watch even if its brand new. They have tarnished the brand and I'd strongly advice you purchase at another store. I have written to Rolex to ask them to review their relationship with this company as they are disreputable and dishonest.

Siamo spiacenti per quanto è successo ma come le abbiamo spiegato con una e mail (non è vero che non le abbiamo risposto), la garanzia non copre i danni subiti per un uso improprio ( il vetro si scheggia solo se subisce colpi), ci teniamo a specificare che siamo concessionari Rolex da più di 50 anni e non abbiamo nessun interesse a vendere orologi danneggiati. Onestamente non capiamo il senso della tua recensione. Sicuramente la sua recensione verrà segnalata come scorretta nei nostri confronti.
