Hello,
When you made your order you had 2 choice Free shipping with DHL or Colissimo Expert International.
You have chosen Colissimo so the delay is much longer to France -> Czech Republic than with DHL.
We will proceed with the refund only after having received the package in return.
Best regards,
Delphine

I recently had the pleasure of…
I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a carom cue from Kozoom online. Despite my initial concerns about the shipping to Australia, my Longoni cue arrived within 4 working days and in perfect condition. Kozoom's efficient shipping process ensured that my order reached me within the promised timeframe.
The Longoni cue I received from Kozoom surpassed my expectations. The craftsmanship, build quality, and attention to detail were evident from the moment I held it in my hands. It has enhanced my gameplay and provided me with a great deal of precision and control.
Kozoom provides excellent value for money with their carom cues. The prices are competitive compared to other online retailers.
If you're in the market for a carom cue, I wholeheartedly recommend Kozoom as your go-to destination. They are a trustworthy and reliable online retailer.
