International online order from NW USA. 2x Dynasphere Vanadium pool ball sets. Ordered on a Friday evening, processed over the weekend, shipped on Monday and arrived at my front door from France in Washington State the following Friday -- one week from order to receipt! The package was well packed and arrived in excellent shape, and the product was in pristine shape. This process was as fast as if I had ordered from a store in the USA. I highly recommend Kozoom Store's excellent performance and service WORLD-WIDE!

Not new and bad customer service.
I ordered a new one, but received an used one. Then I asked for a return, Delphine (Customer Service Rep) didn't want to. There will be no Certificate for Molinari carbon shaft provided at all, he pushed me go to manufacturer's website to check for myself. very bad customer service, not willing to help customers at all. I wouldn't recommend anyone at all.

As we explained to you, the shaft is new but the Molinari tips are blue and this is probably what is misleading you..
On the other hand, Molinari products are delivered without a certificate of authenticity and we cannot invent them.
I invited you to contact the manufacturer with your serial number so that they can certify that the product is authentic.
The easiest way is to return the shaft to us and we will refund you, no need to make an exchange.
