Extremely unpleasant experience.
I bought the Layani tapping kit for my Layani extension - since my cue is of older manufacturing date. There’s almost zero instructions as on how to use the kit. There’s only a tiny video - that turned out to be completely wrong. It only elaborates on how to use the tapping pin (in a wrong way - apparently you have to roll over then take it out then roll then take it out… etc. until the butt is finished for the pin). I used it like the video explained and it ruined my butt. It is now unfixable. Second problem is that with the tapping kit I received there was another metal head/pin and there’s also zero instructions on what that is and how to use it. I ended up with a big hollow hole in my butt that neither the old bumper nor the new bumper sticks into. It is completely soft and with no teeth for the bumper to spin on. It is simply hollow. There’s also this blue sort of glue in the bag. I assumed after that damage had been done to my butt, that this blue fluid is supposed to go inside the hole, where it would dry and foam up or dry and become a solid so I can attach my bumper to it or try to carve the hole again. But of course that was not the case, and of course after I added the fluid it spilled inside my bag and it ruined my butt, shaft, and bag. This is all thanks to the zero instructions on how to use tools. I had to throw away the butt, the shaft, and the bag because they are now at an irreversible damage. I blame kozoom and Layani for such an undetailed, unhelpful, and unrealistic video of how the tapping kit for the extension should be used. I would have never bought the extension IF I KNEW IT WOULD COMPLETELY RUIN MY CUE. I am now quitting billiards because I have no other cues, and the cue repairman said the damage inside the butt and this hole cannot be repaired.

I got my ordered cue i only didnt expect in my country to pay the tariff i had to pay over 120euro more to get the cue i expected when its free shipping or when you pay shipping that that is it i guess i was wrong, as for the store goes everything went well i got the cue but i waited becouse of the tariff in my country. Overall good store.
