We had used another service and their lease agreements were confusing and frankly over the top in terms of their language. We reviewed your leases and they were in line with our expectations. We will be customer for a long time and will utilize your documents going forward.

Nolo products are excellent and buying from them is pretty easy. In the past, I went in-person to the Berk store, but now perusing and buying online is not too bad, either. Everything seems transparent and straightforward.

Instead of the legal book I ordered, I received a textbook titled Quantitative Biosciences. When I tried to use their website chat interface, the agent could only refer me to an attorney. There was no phone number listed on the site nor on the shipping confirmation email. Going to the order confirmation email, I learned that the ebook link also did not work. There was a phone number on the order confirmation email, and I called to request a refund. Very frustrating and disappointing experience. I am very wary of their legal advice given the mistakes with my order.

1) I couldn't find out how to order the software on a CD ROM. I do not want to download the software.
2) The FLASH25 discount code did not work.

Great experience

I asked Google a question regarding Tenant/Landlord law and the name Nolo came up. I sent Nolo an email, briefly stating my problem I received an automated answer "an attorney will contact you tomorrow." But no one called. The following day I received an email from Nolo, stating they were sorry they didn't have an attorney who specializes in Tenant/Landlord law and furnished me a link to a list of very commendable and respectable attorneys - all with 5 Stars reviews - in my area. That is what I call good follow up and customer service. They also suggested I purchase an e-book - which I did - and pretty much answered my question. I had heard of Nolo on the radio in California a long time ago, but had never contacted them until now. I am glad to see they have stayed in business that long (their service is free) and wish them success. They deserve praise and thanks.

Great products and exactly as described

I trust Nolo to provide excellent resources to support by business. I know I will find what I need. I typically consult the legal articles to help focus my queries, and I find good references to other books and authors as I do a quick look at books.

Very easy instructions! We could help a friend get final affairs in order just before he died. Without NOLO, this wouldn’t have been able to happen.

The learning materials for the "Will" package was as excellent. I understood the written text to be able to proceed in filling out the forms. I had to read the form 1 section over a few times to understand why form 1 was also in another section - appendix B. The explanation could be improved on. In all, I am very please with this purchase.

I wish the areas for personization were in more parts of the documents. There were some things I would have liked to include but I could'nt find a way to put them on the documents.

I purchased the software to create a trust document from Nolo. The software created the document but when I have attempted to pay an attorney to execute the document in the future, more than one has questioned the legality of Nolo's documents. Several times I have tried to contact an attorney affiliated with Nolo in order to clarify the legality. The customer service is HORRIBLE !. All I get from customer service is generic , vague answers regarding reaching a lawyer who works with or for Nolo

Ease of accessibility towards what I was attempting to find, and procure was excellent.

This useful publication is one I like to update every other year or so—even though I am fortunate enough to live in a building owned by a fair-minded and congenial landlord. Having it in ePub form makes this reference took even more convenient and the content is superb.
