cool IG, cool stuff, HORRIBLE SHIPPING TIMES!!!!!!

I ordered a pair of sweats 2 months ago and their customer service never gives me a clear answer on when they're actually shipping. Can't wait for the Netflix series on how this big social media storefront is ripping people off 😁

Absolutely brilliant service, they sent my hoody (erewhon green) out to me in 10 days, a remarkable thing I was expecting to wait months for shipping as I have order from other places in America and am still waiting for them to arrive in the uk.
The hoody itself it so soft, I have never felt a hoody that is this comfortable to wear, will be getting loads of wear out of it, it washes amazingly well such a beautiful product, well worth every penny.
The packing as well is amazing it came in an amazing box, shaped as a pizza delivery box and has the cutest sticker to go with it.
Would a 100% buy from these guys again.

Still waiting on one pair of pants that I paidss 2 day shipping and ordered 2 weeks ago that has still not been shipped I've emailed over 4 times it shouldn't take over 2 weeks to get one clothing item

Waited weeks for my order and practically had to beg for them to ship it. Got a DUPE pair on Etsy that only took less than a week to come in and they were the exact same and less than half the price. Go the Etsy route because this company takes forever!

I've now been waiting over a month for my order , after 2 weeks of hearing nothing i emailed only not to receive a reply for over a week (had to email multiple times). I was told they're waiting for more products in my size to come in. the fact that it takes OVER A MONTH for a product to even be shipped should be listed on the website, discounts should be offered. I want a refund after all the fuss. Just not worth it...all my other orders from different sites in the US have arrived within a week. I understand COVID can slightly delay shipping but PIZZASLIME is truly taking the COVID excuse and running with it...save your money!

I placed an order May 1st and I still have no received my order. I was so excited with my product and it says 8-15 days... I’ve emailed and emailed this company COUNTLESS TIMES... and they made me absolutely MADDD. All they basically say is they only ship one order once a day which I call complete BS in my opinion... ALSO I know they have came out with new products after I even placed mine and people have received their products way before mine I only know that due to PIZZASLIME Instagram story.... I’m still waiting on my product and haven’t done a chargeback YET bc I’m excited for the product but this company is absolutely horrible to deal with.

I ordered over a month ago, according to the shipping information, it's taken over a month just for it to go through one step of the sorting facility... it hasn't even left Los Angeles in the past 5 weeks. I know it's not their fault, but they should be telling their customers to be prepared to wait a minimum of 2 whole months before they receive their orders and give them discounts... I never would have ordered if I knew it was going to be this much of a hassle to receive my item. I honestly don't even want it anymore and wish I could get a refund. I emailed them to ask what was going on and they didn't have much to say and just told me to wait it out. I wouldn't recommend ordering off them until after COVID, and I don't think they should be pushing their merch/emailing me offers to buy more stuff when they can't even get the items to their customers...

I ordered from pizzaslime over a month ago and still haven’t received my order. After 2 weeks with no update to my order status I emailed them and they said they were waiting on a shipment of the product I was ordering (which was not listed on the site or I wouldn’t have ordered it) and that it would be shipped out soon. 3 weeks after that email I still hadn’t received any order updates and they were unresponsive to emails so I had to call my bank to hopefully get my money back as I do not even want the product anymore after this experience. In the one email they did send back they were rude and not very apologetic. I understand that there are mailing delays in our current climate, but I received packages from australia and japan that I ordered significantly later in under a week. Be careful when ordering.

These joggers are genuinely amazing - as I was expecting with the high adversiement from influencers and champion collab ( a trustworthy brand). Packaging is very unique and cute especially with the pizza box and free stickers ! Totally recommend
