TPO Review of Service 2017

For the time in which I have been a customer about 5 to 6 Months now. The Service has been great the Customer Service for the (most part) has been great. This last month I had an Issue with one the CS Rep in which I had to go over her head to a Manager that was not on the floor to report the issue . The issue has been resolved and quickly.

Overall good service

I generally love the TPO service. I went from GA to Montana and had dropouts in places in South Dakota and Montana, but otherwise it was fine. I love the fact that your helping your charity choice in the process of enjoying the service.

Inexpensive and reliable mobile service

TPO mobile service was very good and I will use it again when needed. unfortunately, teh initial onboarding process was frustrating as my AT&T iPhone 5s required some settings tweaks and I wasn't able to get TPO to resolve it. I was forced to troubleshoot and resolve on my own.
Also TPO could do better by updating its website to allow the user to change basic information such as their billing address.

Top notch service at a great price

I've had TPO Mobile for about 3 months and have no real complaints. There's been a couple of glitches where my Data didn't seem to be working but once I was in a different area, all was fine. This has happened on a couple of occasions. But other than that everything has been good. I've had a couple of dropped calls but was it TPO or was it the other parties carrier? For what I use the service for, it suits me just fine. Can't beat the price and the 50% off the first month bill (promo), what a deal. I recommended this service to a friend and he got 75% off the first month bill as part of their Christmas promo.

Great Company; Spotty Cell Service

Love the company and it's ideas about sharing for charities. Cost is very reasonable, so overall I'm happy.

However, be prepared for occasional dropped calls, spotty service, or no service areas. I can live with these issues due to TPO being (in my opinion) a very socially responsible company.

I'll stay with them because of that.

Great price and coverage

For the price you cannot beat TPO. The coverage is very good, calls are rarely dropped. Wish they had a world SIM card!

Excellent, highly recommend!

I have been using TPO for 6 months now and the service has been amazing, never had any issues with a signal, very fast internet and a great contract free monthly price... not to mention the fact that they donate 10% to a charity of a choice. Definitely staying with TPO and recommending to friends and family.

Great Value!

No Issues at all with service. The price is excellent, the plan options have enough variation so it only feels like you're paying for what you need. The charitable donation is just icing on the cake.
