You need to improve Customer Service

You need to improve Customer Service. Eventhough i send a reminder mail, customer service did not respond me.
Better to give options for your customers to have different kind of deals such as having 500 mins call, 500 texts and 3 GB Data.

So far, so good!

I've been extremely pleased with my experience so far. Very happy I finally made the switch after 20 years with the big providers.

I live in Brooklyn

I live in Brooklyn, NY. TPO provides affordable cell phone service with my choice of plan, and I can choose a phone I really want instead of being limited to a few models. And part of every month's payment goes to a charity of my choice!

Best value in cell phone service

I bought this cell service for my kids because it is not expensive & doesn’t allow overage charges. If you run out of data, it can just stop until next bill or you can buy extra. No surprises. I’m surprised how good the reception has been. My kids have learned to use WiFi & turn off data unless they need it. They never run out. So much cheaper than my phone that I’m thinking of switching. Great value - highly recommend!

Easy and reliable

Easy and reliable. I always have service and am billed correctly every month. Haven’t used customer service since I signed up, but they were very knowledgeable and helpful at that time.

Price can't be beat

I've had problems with texts not coming through and then not downloading. The internet is sketchy at times and slow Call service is fine and the price can't be beat.

Operator, please connect me with 1̶9̶8̶2 TPO !

T͟H͟E͟ ͟G͟O͟O͟D͟:
TPO Mobile is an awesome online service that makes setting up a snap while contributing back to those in need.
Adequate pricing for their phone plans with the option to set up your 10% with a long list of charities, so if you have one in mind, be sure to set it up with a quick 'search'! It's so important, now more than ever, to help others.

With TPO, in my experience the best service method is through online communication, so initially you might miss The Human Touch offered by calling a phone line.
But not to worry! TPO does offer contact through phonelines if you have a specially different situation on your hands.
However, I found that setting up your service is so simple with easy-to-follow guidelines--even providing the SIMs for their network--that you really don't need to talk through any troubleshooting.

T͟H͟E͟ ͟B͟A͟D͟:
Much cheaper than other companies for pricing of their service, but I do wish for more promotions similar to the one that enticed me into their service in the first place!

For quality, overall calls are great when not interrupted but that's VERY dependent on the coverage of your area. Sometimes the call quality takes a nosedive out of the blue but a little bit of maneuvering from me (Human Antenna) puts it back in the clear.

F͟I͟N͟A͟L͟ ͟V͟E͟R͟D͟I͟C͟T͟
TPO gets a 4 out of 5 from me and if I could vote ½ stars, this one would get a 4.5 out of 5 ! If you're looking for a solid prepaid service with no-brainer setup, I would look into setting up today!
