That sucks

Before i order 21 pilots merch directed by warner they wrote a text that deliver will be delayed because it june and the album came out at semptember. So i order it and forget about it. Semptember came in and i remebered i order sth. My delivery was in july and was returned to sender... No notification or sth. Tried reaching via support but they are deaf af. Im wating over week for replay. Today i found out lucky for me the package was splited and only one item came in early and rest are starting their journey today...
PS: So journey of this single item will be half of the year and then i hopefully get my money back. Great

Items removed without due reason

Items I want to buy on teepublic keep being removed because of alleged copyright issues. All fonts are freely accessible and band name isn’t shown without clarification. These are unique and personal designs which Warner is taking down for no legal reasons I can fathom. When contacted, they simply ignore.

No right to remove my designs

They keep removing my designs on TeePublic even though the font is public free to use and they don't sell any of my unique designs. The designs don't look like anything they sell and the band name is not mentioned on its own. I tried reaching out only to be ignored.

Extremely poor customer service.

I ordered "From Zero" by Linkin Park on vinyl. I was super excited for this first Linkin Park record in over 7 years as the band are a major influence in my music taste. It arrived on time and I played it all the way through. On the last track, "Good Things Go", there was 3 or 4 moments of skipping, pretty much all during the rap section towards the end. I played the song again and again. The skipping was at the same time every time on that track alone. No issues with the rest of the record. I reported it and Warner Music asked me for a video/recording of the issue. I provided this and they swiftly sent out a replacement. I listened all the way through to this copy and to my shock their was skipping again on the last track, but this time there was 9 to 10 incidents of it! I play the track over & over again and just like before, the incidents of skipping on this one were in the same places every time on the track. No issues anywhere else on the record. I reported it to Warner Music again and they asked for a video/recording again. I provided this and suggested they need to check their stock as they could have a whole batch out there with this problem. They replied saying they had refunded me and they could not send me another copy as I had already had a replacement. They said they had checked their stock and there was no issue with it. I replied asking for a manager and explained that I wanted a working copy of the vinyl (quite happy to pay for it still) and also an explanation as to if all their stock is ok, how do I get the only 2 copies where there is various skipping on the last track only but always in the same place... How is that technically possible...as they are effectively accusing me & my record player of being at fault? Or they are accusing me of lying and sending them fake videos... I got a response from a Customer Experience Manager; they said the matter was ended and there would be no further action. Despite several more emails, I got the same response from them from the same person after having to prompt them as they were ignoring my emails in the end. Pathetic customer service. They seem to think that a refund will resolve the problem but I want a copy of the record that works fine, why is that so hard to understand??

Do NOT order from the Australian store

Do NOT order from the Australian store. Absolute scammers, thieves and con artists. No communication for a month and a half so I had no choice but to chargeback with my credit card company- they did finally respond after that proving they do in fact have the ability to type an email however I stated I would not be cancelling the chargeback under any circumstances as I did not want to lose nearly £150. My credit card sided with me and refunded me quickly now months later, just before Christmas too which is lovely considerate timing of them, they have now challenged this chargeback despite NEVER replying to me and I received no part of my order whatsoever so it is entirely unwarranted. This has caused me so much stress and upset and I will be reporting them to the relevant authorities for fraud.

Avoid using Ed Sheeran Official Shop…

Avoid using Ed Sheeran Official Shop services. I ordered a couple of items with delivery to Europe last year, and I still regret it. They made a mistake and stated the wrong value on the package - twice the actual amount. Due to this error, I had to pay a significant customs duty (40 pounds). In response to my complaints, the store initially promised to investigate, then requested additional documents (which I provided), subjected me to rude behavior, and later promised again to look into the matter. In the end, I didn't receive any compensation and I regret the time and money spent.

Bad Customer service

On Saturday the 18th of march 2023 I ordered two items from Warner
music group, the item where:
1x Meteora Spray Box Washed Black T-Shirt (XXXL) with a release date
of 7th of April 2023.
1x METEORA LOGO TILT WASHED BLACK HOODIE Release Date: 06 April, 2023
which was bundled with METEORA 20TH ANNIVERSARY EDITION DELUXE CD
Release Date: 06 April, 2023.

I purchased this on my credit card on the 18th of March to the sum of
£111.99 and waited for my delivery apon release date.

On the 6th of April 2023 I was informed that I would be receiving the
CD as per release data and will receive the rest of the order later
on, at this time I was given the option to cancel the order but I was
not happy with this as I was looking forward to my purchased products
and I was also told that I would receive this towards the then of
April so I decided not the cancel this order at this time.

On the 15th of May 2023 I was informed that there would be a further
delay to my order, they clam orders are being dispatched but I should
have my order by the end of may 2023, and was offered a 20% discount
on another Purchase and given the option to cancel the order again, I
still did not want to cancel as I wanted my purchased products.

Then on the 30th of June 2023 I was informed that they had canceled my
order and I would be getting a refund on my order and I should see
this within 30 business days, and I am yet to get my refund and we are
well past the 30 working day window.

Buyer Beware

Purchased a vinyl on Dec 5, 2022. Website indicated it was in stock and would be shipped/received by Christmas. Item was never shipped. Was told in early Jan that it shipped and was provided a tracking number. Per the UPS tracking number, a label was created on 12/29/22 but the carrier never received the item to ship. I ended up having to go through PayPal to get a refund. Buyer beware of this company.
