I am glad im not the only one
I ordered a hula hoop via tiktok and the same as everyone else is saying took my money back in may still no order recieved check on order status saying awaiting fulfilment
Tiktok didnt even acknowledge my complaint

They are a total scam.

I looked at the transaction with my bank and raised a dispute with my bank to try and get the money back. Its still ongoing.

They do not send a thing:
No order confirmation email
No goods
No communications

Happy to take the money though.

Please dispute this with your bank!!! X

🚨DO NOT ORDER ANY PRODUCTS FROM THIS COMPANY🚨 The Store Blue company is an utter scam selling products via an app that seems to have vanished as well as the brat that advertised.. ANNE BROWN on social media platforms including tik tok. They/she advertises products like make up, hula hoop and other gadgets take your money and run. I used the indemnity via the bank and until now there has been no contact so have reported the company as fraudsters. Ordered in June Still no order arrived. Glad I take snapshots when I order products !!!! Tik Tok should be held responsible through terms and conditions of accounts. Utterly disgusting,,, they do
not respond to mails, they don’t provide delivery information Karma served on a beautiful platter !!!!

I ordered my hoop they took the money straight away no hoop no commutation what so ever I'm thinking it's deffo a scam rotten bastar*s

I placed my order for hoop and have never received it. This company has now disappeared from tik tok scammers so disappointed!!!!!

Ordered my hoop weeks ago , no orders showing but the money has been taken out of my bank ! Where can I get my refund from?

Scammers!!! Order never turned up and now they have disappeared offline! No reply or anything! Sickening! I work hard for what I have and the one time I treat myself this happens!!! The shopify company should be held accountable for allowing these scam companies! They should refund the money!!!

Ordered a hoop on 23rd June still not received it emailed numerous of times but no reply! Definitely a scam!

100%scammers!! Orderd a hoop on the 13th june, quick to take money! still no hoop, no way ofcontacting these people!!! Had to go to my bank and report these scammers, a case is now open to get my money back AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!!

I bought the E Watch through store blue which took ages to arrive but when it did I found several faults ie it wouldn’t pair, no volume control, and now the screen has gone blank. I’ve sent several email requesting a refund but not getting anywhere.
Do not buy

Take your money, send absolute rubbish then can’t get refund!
Not a legit company at all!!

I ordered from this company via TikTok and have had no goods. I have contacted them numerous times via their Chat App and all it says is Order Awaiting Fulfilment. I have sent 3 emails and absolutely no response back to anything. I will be avoiding like the plague and advise you to do the same. I am now going to speak with my bank to get the money back - I hate companies like this one

This is a scam site don’t purchase from this site. They make it look like they have taken your order in a legit way even their website is https but once you have paid you don’t hear anything just an automated message saying your order is awaiting fulfilment.

Any reviews here saying how good it is and they a reliable is a lie more than likely themselves writing those reviews. Stay away from storeblue.co.uk

Definitely starting to think this is a scam I have been waiting for my order for weeks now and still nothing. No response to emails

Ordered on 7th June 2022 it's now 25th June 2022. No response to email. No communication about order. Will update if I recieve order. As it stands - avoid
