So I wrote a scathing review as I thought they weren’t coming and I contacted the company and heard nothing for tr longest time. Eventually 4 weeks after their anticipated arrival they came. My daughter likes them. So I retract my scathing review and give 3 stars. Knocked two off for lateness.

If I could give these douchebags 0 stars I would!…1 star is suuuuuuuuuuuper generous with this place!…ordered cards against potter for my wife as part of her gift. Thank god it wasn’t the only thing I got her. Ordered on 11/24…got 12/28. Cards are super vulgar! Not even in the realm of funny!…emailed immediately to initiate the refund process..sent TWO EMAILS and tried the “chat option” with no response still!…I’m out $50 bc of these @$$hats! Everything I read on BBB says they’ve tried reaching out and have gotten nothing back..yea no sh!t! This “company” is nothing but one giant con I beg you if you’re reading this and haven’t placed an order..DO NOT DO IT!…learn from us shmucks who already lost money

SCAM!! If you recieved any info for this company through social media or email or whatever, disregard it and report. It is a money scam. They promise orders and customer service stays active for a bit to reassure you if your order. It is lie. I've made multiple reports to FTC and BBB. I'm not sure if WB can do anything about this company selling unlicensed merchandise, but it's worth a look. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! 100%REGRET!

Placed my order November 26 and have not received my order. Customer service continues to say item will ship soon. They said they would return 10% of my purchase price. No..it is either ship items ordered or return 100% of my money. This place is a rip off. Do not trust!

I ordered a 3 box pkg for over $200 and rcvd a Harry Potter figurine for free. I rcvd 2 boxes and not the 3 rd set or figurine. So I contacted them they sent me figurine still haven't rcvd a response to the 3rd box that is missing. Not getting a response in regards the cards that r missing.

Ordered something, it never came. queries with the company shows they sent it to an address in Michigan, I live in the UK. they're either incompetent or a scam.

ZERO STARS FOR THIS COMPANY. I PLACED AN ORDER ON FEB. 24, 2022 FOR THE WALKING DEAD CARDS, I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE PRODUCT, AS OF YET. I TRIED MULTIPLE TIMES TO CONTACT THESE PEOPLE VIA EMAIL, NOTHING BUT THE SAME BS RESPONSE ABOUT "PLEASE BE PATIENT" "WILL LOOK INTO IT WITH THE RIGHT DEPT." I FILLED A COMPLAINT AND A CLAIM FOR THEM. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY, THEY STEAL FROM YOU!!

I ordered Potter cards on March 22nd, 2022. I had left bad reviews, contacted customer service through email (the only way I was able to try to complain), told anyone that listen that I got screwed over by this company, and had eventually given up hope of ever receiving my order.

Well......I finally received my order on May 7th. Our entire family played the game tonight and it was so much fun that we actually kept playing until we ran out of cards to read.

The moral of this story is to be patient. I promise that my cards eventually came- and it was worth the wait!!!

I wish I had googled the company before placing a $63 order. It is an ABSOLUTE scam based out of China. You will never receive your product, nor will you receive a refund even after fighting and them telling you they've cancelled your order and you will be refunded. I filed reports with the BBB, FTC and also sent an email to the Warner Bros legal department to report them selling unlicensed Harry Potter products. PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY, FOR YOUR OWN GOOD!

I ordered the Cards Against Potter in April 2021. I have been in touch with their "customer support" through email MANY times. I called them on their BS and they just keep saying it was an accident. We will figure it out and be in touch. The ignore me

I ordered Cards Against Potter in november, and never received them.

"Merry" told me that there was something wrong with the address so it couldn't be delivered, and that the order was at the post office, for which he gave me a number which is no longer connected. He also gave me a invalid tracking number for a delivery service I have never heard of (track.fulfillmen.com)

I mailed again and now he's saying that I wasn't at home when the courrier came. This is just not true, because I have a Ring-doorbell with camera, and I get notifications when someone rings the door, and can check the camera afterwards if I missed someone.

I wish I had checked Trustpilot first, and didn't let my Potter-love get ahead of me, but here we are :(

Complete and absolute fraud. They send you a fictional tracking number from a fictional shipping company. The “support” email they provide is not functioning.

Scam. Never received the item. "James" refused to send despite several requests. Avoid Myherocards.

Nothing but a scam..bought cards against potter and all seemed ok. Purchase made on 28th October and still not received item. Written several emails and received the same pointless automated email reply by someone called James (supposidly).
Waste of money with no chance of a refund. Tracking order is fake and shows information of it leaving my local delivery depot and no update afterwards. Next step for me is creating a fraud claim with my bank. Hopefully get my money back. Avoid Avoid Avoid. (UK buyer).

Ordered the Harry Potter cards against humanity after seeing an advert on Facebook where the comments seemed mostly positive. Checked my emails to get an update on the tracking, and the number I have been given is invalid and not linked to an order. Absolute scam, avoid at all costs.

It's a SCAM. Trust me. Company is not in the US like posted on their website. They take your money, fraudulently bill you, and give you no way to obtain a refund.

I had ordered 3 decks of the cards against Potter set from "My Hero Cards". They sent me shipping info two weeks later but it had two entries of the same tracking info. I assumed they would arrive together. I received 1 deck of cards about 2 weeks after receiving the shipping info but wait for the other two decks to arrive. I informed the company at this time and "James" said it would come from another warehouse, which I assume meant I would receive another tracking number. They never provided it. Only received the same tracking from the first package. I waited until I received an empty packaging with a tracking number (similar to the first one but not matching) a month later EMPTY. It was put in a bag from the post office saying it arrived empty to them from another town an hour away. I provided this information to the company and they continued to claim it was not their tracking and that it should have been delivered etc, etc. "James" is refusing to acknowledge my request for a refund.

Scam website that will take your money and never respond. Emailed over 2 weeks and finally had to dispute with my credit card company.
