Disorganized and No Response
They stuffed up our order in so many ways. We ordered only two cabinets but were invoiced for four. I was told that they had read one of our follow-up emails wrong and created a second order, naturally, we needed to be credited back for the extra two that were sent. But before this could happen, I had to wait for said four cabinets to arrive which took 3 months because they explained that the cabinets had been sitting uncollected in their warehouse - why exactly I cannot understand. If the cabinets were ready, why did they sit uncollected for that long? Why did it take so long to be dispatched? Then after multiple unanswered emails, I was finally told the other two cabinets weren't collected at all - so confusing! Then it took 2 months to finally get my credit from their Accounts department who virtually never responded to my emails. I got the impression that this company is run by amateurs who are running around like chickens with their heads cut off - very disorganized and disappear once they win the sale.
