Horrible customer service
Primarily, the shop owner made excuses for her product but did not provide any substantial information that proved that what she was selling matched her description. She, in fact, admitted that she used a widely discrepant machine that cannot accurately verify gemstones to test the product I purchased. Not surprisingly, she could not verify the authenticity of the product as a result. Far more concerning were her passive aggressive responses and insults, not just to me, but to other customers who left her anything less than a positive review. Her dishonesty is pretty obvious on her eBay page which has a 100% customer satisfaction. Yet, when you go into the reviews, not all of them are 100%. And reading the merchant's response to some of the neutral reviews was shocking. This merchant is worried about the ratings people give her. She is not concerned about quality, truth in advertising, or customer wishes and concerns. She offers refunds, but who wants to go through the hassle of dealing with a merchant like that anymore than is absolutely necessary. Nice stuff, but it's just stuff. Better merchants with good products elsewhere.
