I bought the Alyssa Storksak bag in December. In April I noticed the stitching had come undone on one of the straps. The customer service I received from Lisa was exceptional. Quick responses and a new bag sent immediately. When the Royal Mail lost the first bag, a new one was sent promptly. Will be recommending to everyone!

I purchased the Alyssa nappy bag for my baby’s arrival to use as the baby’s hospital bag and nappy bag. When it arrived I noticed a small hole in the stitching at the bottom of the bag.

I emailed the customer service team with the images and they were very prompt in their investigation and sent out a new replacement bag.

I choose this bag as it looks good but also practical to use as a nappy bag with lots of compartments. It is also unisex, me and my husband and use it comfortably.

I bought one of the Storksak changing bags 6 years ago when I had my eldest daughter and it is still going strong and looking fantastic 3 kids later. I subsequently bought their stroller organiser which looked beautiful and really made my buggy feel luxury. Unfortunately within a year there were issues with the zip and the straps had started fraying. I reached out to customer service and Lisa immediately sent me a brand new stroller organiser which arrived 2 days later - faultless customer service and lovely products; I will be back! While the fabric and overall aesthetic of the Alyssa Leopard bag are nice, the quality is really disappointing. The main strap has started fraying significantly, and the velcro strap isn’t long enough to attach securely to my Cybex Priam stroller. For the price, I expected much better. Unfortunately, I won’t be purchasing from this brand again.

Got the Alyssa changing bag and two years later with minimal use the straps are falling apart. Quite disappointing given the 179 Euro price point. Would have expected this to be of higher quality and disappointed with the customer care follow up. Would prefer to buy a regular backpack of higher quality.

Terrible customer service! I’ve had nothing but trouble with the zip on my changing bag. They offered to send me a replacement zip which I would have to find and pay for somewhere to repair it for me. I would expect better quality for the price of these products and will never purchase again

Ordered a new changing bag which unfortunately had a mark on the front. I contacted the customer service email to arrange a return and replacement which all went very smoothly and the replacement bag was perfect. I already have the smaller version/pushchair caddy which still looks great after 2 years of use.

High quality, really practical and useful bag for a busy working mum. I love the versatility of the straps (backpack, side handle, clips to hang from the buggy), the two side pockets for drinks and the added extras of the insulated bag and padded nappy changing mat. Also a great size with multiple internal pockets to hold all those hundreds of things us mums need every day! Highly recommend.

Absolutely gorgeous products! So practical, well made, and good looking. The baby change bags and stroller bags are really spacious, and super comfortable and wearable.

The service is also wonderful. I asked for a replacement label for a bag I’d been given second hand and they shipped one out straight away at no charge.

Awesome product! Every detail is well thought out. Great quality. 1 star off because it was backordered a month and the carrier squished the box (but it did ship in the estimated range and there wasn't any damage to the product). Would buy again.

Love both the bag and changing mat bag
The quality is really great and i can see it lasting a long time
I am a little confused on how to turn it into a backpack but I am sure there is an instruction video i can refer to.
The baby wipes holder is a little big in the changing mat bag but i could probably just buy larger sized wipes on put two landscape

Design is very well made, beautiful also. I like my bags to be good looking and not like just sam rag.
The storage space is organized so good that I can fit so much stuff, from my baby and toddler, for the whole day trip and yet, with a full bag everything is always easy accesibile and mess free.
So happy with that! :)
