They take the money fast enough
They take the money fast enough. Ordered two bottles on Nov 18th, still waiting on delivery. Emails to and from company they keep telling me it’ll be sent within two weeks and they have nothing to do with my country’s customs procedures. Stuck in Vancouver. We cancelled the order on our Amex a few days ago. Very poor service.

HORRIBLE SERVICE
if there was anything less than a 1 star, I would have chosen that. My order has not been updated since November 27th and it has still not been delivered. I have corresponded with the customer service team to only get a run around. Absolutely the worst service I have ever experienced. I will be sure to share my displeasure with those I know so they do not order from this company ever.
