They more bothered about taking money that’s it

Despite providing clear instructions before purchasing the order that the composite decking boards (my delivery) should be delivered to my back garden, there driver refused to do so. Instead, they dumped the items outside, stating “it’s not my job” when my 70-year-old father asked for assistance. I find this completely unacceptable.
Not only was there no prior call or estimate to inform me of the delivery time which left me unable to arrange help but your customer service has also been unreachable by phone. This lack of communication is frustrating, especially when dealing with a heavy delivery worth  £500.
Expecting my elderly father to move these boards on his own is disgraceful. I’m now considering cancelling the order but there’s no one to take my call. I have left number of emails messages and I can’t leave messages on their phone because it’s always full probably with other Complaints put it this way I recommend people don’t buy from here and I will definitely never buy from this company again

stay clear from Storm decking !

Do not recommend this decking at all! It marks so easy! Brand new, putting my rattan furniture back on and it’s marked right away. I then put plastic felt feet covers on the feet for protection and even they marked. I wish I’d read the reviews before hand. Aftercare and after service very poor from Storm and National Plastics the supplier we bought it from. Storm don’t know how to look after their own product at one point telling us to sand paper the marks, sand paper would take the coating off. Yeah defo stay clear of this decking!!

Poor Driving…!

Let’s hope The products are better than The drivers, 25th of July 2024 HY 20 ### 08:05 has just cut up an articulated lorry thankfully the driver of the articulated lorry was a clearly a more advanced driver and avoided what would’ve been a potential catastrophic accident on the A30 heading into Cornwall. These drivers need to remember their advertising your company absolutely disgusting the way they were driving after that they were all over the road and guessing the drive was on his phone. ..?

Stay Clear

Sold decking they said would last and it is rubbish hot days you burn your feet off (really Storm) and on every day it looks tacky and cheap (which it was not) as colours are all over the place, also got sent the wrong goods multiple times!!!! Annoyingly I was recommended this place about a month ago and thought hey I would give it a go but looks like it is going downhill.
Should have gone with the higher end Trex or Millboard rather than this Triton rubbish! Stay clear that is what I say!! Customer service take responsibility and look after us

Terrible service

Terrible service - company tried to charge an extra £150 for delivery to London. Samples scratched easily and didn't appear to be good quality.

From the beginning their composite…Keep away

From the beginning their composite decking has been disappointing. It scratches at the tiniest movement without dragging furniture over it, you just have to move youre chair slightly!!
The worst thing is it sort of shows the footmarks and even looks dirty after hosing down. You can expect it to turn a bit brown but this is within a year of having it , as my neighbour commented ,it wouldnt be so bad if I had had it for 3 years.
The man at Storm was very scathing of my complaint and just blamed me for everything,, he offered replacement boards and then said he had 3 !!!!
I have another firms composite in another part of the garden and it makes Storms look really inferior.I just want to say get youre decking somewhere else if you dont want to be disappointed.
