I was very pleased and impressed with the Storm Service Department.
I have had a number of Storm watches but my Storm Mini Cirero Blue was my favourite sadly I dropped it on holiday and was devastated , however Storm have now repaired it and I am delighted to have it back .Such an efficient and helpful service.

STORM watches are unique, different, innovative & fashionable. I have been a fan since 1998, maybe before. Android, Alien, Fortran & Sundial have all been in my repertoire. STORM effectively & efficiently, fixed, communicated & solved my watch issue. Thank you so much & God bless you all ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I always loved storm watches worn them when a student so when I bargain storm smart watch popped up on my feed via debhamans at a good price I thought what a bargain! I. Short the clues were there. Nowhere on this watch are the words storm, only in the buckle. The words sports watch are stamped in the front which reminds me of the cheapest smart watch you can find, and this is what it is the cheapest smart watch around. The functions are the average for your height and weight, they are not measured. It's not waterproof and it's a pile of rubbish. Shocking storm have done this, whoever thought this up has damaged the brand for me and I will never return. as a customer. Full refund given. It's embarrassing they have done this. No storm logo even on the watch face.

Have owned a couple of Storm watches for some years a Wyrex and a Hexton never had a problem with either,they are both water resistant and as I'm a motorcyclist they have both been fine. I did recently have a slight hazing in one so sent both to Storm,they cleaned and sorted out both within days reasonable fees and great communication.

I needed a new strap for a watch. I was asked to send a photo of the watch. Within a very short period of time I was informed they had a similar one as the original was discontinued. The cost would be £24.00 plus £2.00 postage. I sent them the payment vis credit card and the strap was delivered the next day.
Brilliant service.

I recently accidentally dropped my watch and smashed the glass face. I did not think for one moment I would be able to replace the face as the watch was over 10 years old and after much disappointment from visiting watch repair specialists they confirmed the same. I then contacted Storm direct who were very efficient and quick to respond and within just over a week the watch is repaired and back to working order thanks to the team at Storm.
I have contacted them to thank them for their efficiency and help. A great team

I had to contact Storm, as I had lost some links of a watch I had bought over 10 years ago. I honestly didn’t think they would still stock the links but they did and at a very reasonable price. After a few fact finding emails, I received the links the very next day. The service department’s customer service was second to none. Would recommend Storm to anyone.

Storm watches are not only amazing but unique time pieces. I have two and one over 30 years old. The newest one at 15 years old had an accident on holiday and smashed its face on a tiled floor.
As I have used the Storm service department in the past, I knew I could trust them. Within less than a month I got both watches back with a new glass face and the old one with a new battery. Oh, and did I say value for money?? I thought there was no repairing the unique glass face. £22.00 thank you very much! I was blown away! Brilliant products, brilliant and crafted team and great customer service. Check their website there’s a sale on!

My Children purchased the Ostelle Blue for my 70th birthday in February this year. I have enjoyed the reliability of two previous Storm watches in the last twenty years. This one is useless - very pretty but doesn't work. 1st problem occurred after i was caught in a short shower of rain. When Storm describe it as having no water resistance they mean it. I might as well be wearing a bangle for all the time keeping it does. They repaired it in Jule but it ceased working again September (no water involved) I have to pay to return it each time and they refuse to refund or replace. I can't speak to a real person as no phone customer service available only email. Next stop Citizens advice followed by the BBC. Absolutely rubbish product. Don't be tempted by the pretty pictures. Total waste of money and time

I have about 5 or 6 STORM watches, they are all great ! One, upon a change of battery at local shop after many years, ran into problem, as in the winder turned out faulty. I contacted STORM and within couple of weeks, had it fixed. All throughout, they were just as brilliant, explaining the process of returning and around costs for repairs and posting really clearly, and I just received my repaired beautiful STORM watch and I can wear it again. Could not fault them on their responsiveness dealing with the fault and sorting everything out. Brilliant.

Excellent service- responsive to emails, and quick turnaround on repair.

I’ve loved Storm watches since I was a teen around 30 years! I recently ordered some spare parts (link) which arrived the following day! Exceptional service!

Purchased a watch at Christmas and the strap has broken twice ( only wore it twice ) . After the second break requested either a refund or a new watch and was refused either . Clearly the strap isn’t fit for purpose but they keep wanting me to send it back for repair at £8 at time at my expense !

I ordered a new "S-HERO SMART WATCH TITANIUM" which has just arrived. However, on opening the package I've found that the seal on the box has been tampered with , the peel off "dummy face" sticker has also been removed from the watch and the internal box & accessories are all loose .

Storm have charged me full price for a watch that's either been used and then returned or was 'shop-soiled'.

I've tried to call their customer service team to organise a return but they're "not taking calls, due to COVID".

What a grubby little company, hopefully they'll go under soon.

My daughter bought me a Storm watch 7 years ago. Wearing it everyday I needed a new bracelet and back for it. After being given a couple of simple instructions by the staff in London within four days I received the replacements thanks to the patient, clear and helpful guidance. Many thanks, Jim Tominey

What a fantastic customer service!
They managed to repair my old watch to full working order and at a very cheap price compare to local watch repair quotes. The e-mail customer service was quick and they responded to all my queries with exact cost price before I sent the watch. I got it back fully repaired within 10 days! Very happy customer.

Had a Storm Rebel. The strap broke as it is made of poor quality rubber. Only just got round to contacting them but Storm don't keep spares as it is a discontinued model. The strap is integral and cannot be replaced with a normal strap. Absolutely dire "customer service" DO NOT BUY STORM as they don't keep spares if it is discontinued. The watch is scrap.

Bought for me as a present. Wasn't working so had new batteries put in. Informed Storm London and they basically didn't care that I had to pay to get it working. They are more of a fashion item than a time piece. Don't waste your money. Bad watch and poor customer service.

Appalling customer service, December 2023 and still using COVID as an excuse not to take telephone calls, Do not respond to e mails. Expect me to post a £300 watch for repair under guarantee and to pay postage costs both ways. Will not acknowledge receipt of the item. They fill me with zero confidence that i'll ever get my watch back. Have decided to pay for a local Horologist to carry out the repair.
