Product received not as described. Not an authentic Stanley cup, cheap knock off. Design is low quality, blurry and elongated, basically stretched to cover mug, clearly not designed to spec. It looks like it was printed from a basic printer onto a sticker and laminated onto the mug not laser etched or printed. Took 7 weeks to receive, not worth the wait. Not gift quality, it is basically junk. Disappointing!

I ordered it for Christmas for my Grandson, but I still don't have it. VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED!! It was returned by the Post Office because no postage.

When they were remaking and sending out I asked repeatedly to change the address so I could ensure that I received it. NOPE it's been returned again.

It took a month for a cup to get delivered, once I got the cup, the lid was shattered. Now I have to wait another month for a lid. Now I know to order a year in advance for a friends birthday gift!

The product I received is not as advertised, missing key items shown in the images on the website and poorly made. I’m currently arguing with customer service trying to return the item and get a refund but they refuse to process it for a full refund like their website says under the returns and refunds section.

Would like to have the straw in a different position. Love the product.

I purchased a cup 2 months ago and it had not arrived. This company is a scam. Do not waste your money. Tbey will take your money.

Do not use this company. I made an order on December 6th. I still have only received a partial order. One of my three items (2 of which have been delivered) is completely wrong. They are refusing to give me a refund, and refusing to do anything but keep repeating my items are lost in tracking.

Don't buy from stormmerch.com. It is a drop shipping scam. Your credit card will be charged by a company called top team jerseys PE. LTD. They advertise Stanley cups with a design but they are counterfeit. It will take a month to get it because they drop ship directly from China. The design doesn't even look like what you ordered. They will not give you a refund. Don't buy from this website or company! Wish I would have looked for more reviews before I bought from this website. Just go to Etsy, it is safer.

I ordered the cup on Dec 23rd, they never gave me any tracking numbers, when I contacted them about where my product is, they said it was delivered. It was not delivered to me, or anyone else at the address I provided. Now I’ve sent them 2 messages about not receiving the product and they are ghosting me. I would love to be able to change my review because of customer service and a great resolution, but I’m not holding my breath or anything.

We ordered 4 cups a week before Thanksgiving got our 3 cups missing one email them every single day since Christmas cause it was a Christmas gift. Our granddaughter asked every day where her cup is these people want to tell me that we already received the product we would not take the time to email them every single day, if we were only missing one cup if it was not true, we received 3 cups we just want our 4th cup. Why can’t they just send us 1/4 cup? We told them we do not want our money back we want the cup. She really wants the cup then we receive another email saying what we sent the cup and you’ve already received it, but we have never received one cup if I was, I would say I didn’t receive 4 cups. I want one dang cup that I did not receive I would’ve been like yes these cups are good. They look good. Everything else they wrote. Their names were too small but now I would never order from this company again ever this is ridiculous .

Not a Stanly. Doesn't have insulated walls. Leaky lid. But the image was good.

If I could give no stars, I would. I ordered this on the 15th of December as a Christmas gift. The company contacted me to let me know the item had shipped on the 20th. It was supposed to be delivered within 10-14 days. Then when I asked the company for shipping information, they told me that it would be sent once the item ships. Even though according to them, it already had. They continued to lie and push back the date of delivery. Even absolute worse case scenario, this should have been delivered within 19 days. It has been over a month. 33 days and counting. And it has still not been delivered and continues to push back delivery. It has not moved since December 30th, it's January 17th. I'm so disappointed and just want a refund at this point. I will not be ever using this company again. They scam people. I wish I would have researched more about them before order. A simple search on trust pilot would have been all I needed. Stay far away. They are refusing to refund and I've currently escalated the case with my financial institution.

Your products are cheap knockoffs of Stanley Tumblers, the paint scratches easily, your delivery time is RIDICULOUS and you ruined my Son’s Christmas!!! Telling everyone I know to steer clear of the scam you’re selling!!!🖕🏼🇨🇳🖕🏼

This company is a scam they advertise Stanley however they sent me a knock off for $50. Not to mention a month and a 1/2 later. This was going to be a christmas gift for my son. This arrived today 1/16/25.

Do not use this company, absolute false advertising!!!! And it's a Chinese company posing as American, took over a month to receive order cause it came from China which had i known i would not have ordered but worst of all I ordered a Stanley cup with special print for my kid, it's costs like a Stanley, clearly states on site it's a Stanley and the crap shows up and guess what, NOT A STANLEY, Chinese knock off that's flimsy and cheap, completely ripped off

Ordered my wife a white and orange bedazzled Clemson cup in the middle of December. it is the middle of January and it came in today not a STANLEY as advertised and it was a silver cup with the orange lettering that costed me 50 dollars PLEASE NOT USE THIS WEBSITE!! FRAUD
