We have been with Storm for over a year now and they still exceed our expectations.

The new WiFi phones enable my staff to work from home or site without the need for an Ethernet connection, this has saved us considerable amounts on our mobile phone bills.

Been with Storm for 2 1/2 years now and are very happy.

We were recently moved over to the new Storm internet phones by Charlotte and voice quality is as good or better than landline (the old phones were a bit quiet). These phones have an intuitive use menu for transferring calls etc,

As per the other reviews, the service is always great. If you give them remote access to your router, they can log in and fix issues easily. You even get the occasional courtesy call just to see if everything is ok.

The billing is a great deal and there's no feeling of being overcharged.

On the rare occasion that things are not going as well as could be then I call Charlotte in customer services and by the time I put the phone down it's all sorted. Top customer service is hard to find but is vital for companies that offer a service whereby they do not have the opportunity to meet their customers face-to-face and Storm have got this absolutely spot on, well done and thank you.

This has been the best edition to my business, Don't get me wrong I have had a few problems but the afterservice is second to non and they should be proud how they conduct and repair problems. We required a phone system that was flexible, reliable and cost effective. STORM were able to offer us exactly what was needed and the whole process was totally fuss free. Whenever we have a new requirement, there support service is very responsive and knowledgeable, all our new requirements have been handled the same day which is fantastic news for a busy office environment. I would, and have, highly recommended storm as the No.1 phone system provider.

I would recomend Storm to others because the Customer service is always good and nothing is too much trouble.
A bit of a problem when we changed internet providers but Charlotte asked Duncan to speak to me about this and it was sorted out in a very short period of time.

The Strom service and team are excellent. They get you phones for any size business setup quick and easy without the hassle and the fuss. When I was new to this they said “when you get your phones just plug it in to an internet connection and away you go”. They have so many different calling features to make it affordable and convenient for your business telephone needs. If you have a problem the Storm team get the problem sorted in minutes and inform you when the problem is resolved so you are not worrying about any problem what so ever.

After ordering my storm system over 2 years ago I look back and don't know what I would do without it. I run 2 business's and spread myself at home, the office, workshop and car. I can take calls wherever I am and call people from my landline phone wherever I am. Highly Recommended

Reliable, Friendly and a truly professional service from Storm. What more do you want from a company that get's it right all the time.
