Kjøpte en jakke for 700 kr til min mann i januar, jakken kom i posten, men hadde tydelige feil og mangler. Sendte bilder, ba om refusjon og en returadresse. Fikk flere tilbud tilbake om å beholde jakken, men kun maks 30% refusjon. Avslo dette og sendte jakken tilbake til Nederland. Fikk jakken i retur, men Storody mener de ikke har fått jakken! Brukte 300 kr på forsendelse. Sitter nå 1000 kr fattigere, med en jakke av elendig kvalitet.. Og får ikke pengene tilbake da det har gått for lang tid pga sendetid i posten!! Hos Storody handler jeg aldri igjen...
