The first book I ordered was awesome. It looked like my grandson & very nice story. My 2nd book was much smaller, didn't look like my granddaughter as much, cost more than the first book & had fewer pages. I'm a little disappointed with this one

I have ordered two books for great grands. They were made very well. I put interest of our great grand and it was specific to them. Customer service is top notch. I had a small issue and it was resolved ASAP. Kind, courteous and professional. I would highly recommend this company.
