False delivery dates

Ordered a new stove on the 3rd September delivery early October never came I phoned to be informed November phoned twice November no date again phoned today 1st December not there and no idea when it was coming chap was polite but not a clue so I cancelled getting a refund but three months of false promises wasting my time.
