The worst company to do any purchase…

The worst company to do any purchase with, bought a small piece of glass £70, (27th March) for a wood burner.
When the item was not forthcoming I tried to contact them.
The phone never gets answered and messages I left never replied to. Sent e-mails as well …..no response.
In the end I cancelled the order with my credit card company, but was then sent an email saying Evri were expecting the item and would deliver with 3 attempts.
I then tracked it with Evri, but a week to 10 days later they (Evri) were still waiting for it.
I then contacted the bank again to refund my payment I made on the 27th/March to stoveglass. Then I received a email from stoveglass saying we cannot deliver because your payment was unsuccessful.

Dodgy company

Same as the others, never read the reviews. Ordered on 20th March, 'tracking' supplied on 17th April.
The glass has not been given to Evri and it is 25th April.
Will call bank on Monday

Do not use this company

I ordered a small piece of stoveglass from this company on 24 March and it is now 15th April and I am still waiting for it to be delivered. I wish I had read the reviews before I ever got involved. There has been no communication and I don’t think I will ever get the glass.

AVOID! Glacial delivery times and completely unresponsive to calls or emails

Oh how I wish I'd read these reviews before ordering from these charlatans. Goods ordered and paid for a month ago, nothing received. Multiple phone calls, voicemails, and emails to establish where my items are, have all been ignored. I have raised a payment dispute through my bank in an attempt to recover my debit card payment. Ineptitude or fraud? I don't know, but save yourself a lot of time and hassle by steering well clear of these people.

Edit: Goods eventually turned up nearly 5 weeks after ordering. Prompted I suspect by the payment dispute raised by my bank. Still no responses to any of my attempts to contact them or indeed any apology for the lack of comms and glacial delivery time. I ordered glass, which was adequately packaged but self adhesive gasket tape also purchased was screwed into a ball and some of the tape had detached.

These people are crooks

These people are crooks! Do not even consider buying from them unless you wish to give them your money & receive nothing in return. It would be nice to see them go out of business.

Zero stars

Zero stars - awful service.
Waited weeks for the new glass.
In the end I had to collect from the shop.
Then found out it was the wrong size!
Now not answering the phone or emails.
Avoid!

NEVER AGAIN.

Placed my order, informed delivery in 3 to 5days- - - totally unreliable. No updates, NO communications. I had to chase them, pathetic excuses- - - been so busy- - - their laptop was not working- - - order took over 2 weeks to arrive, not funny in the winter cold. Appalling customer services and a thoroughly poor business. Would never use again, hopeless.

AVOID

AVOID! Website states shipping is 3-5 working days via Royal Mail. This is a lie! Emailed 2 days after ordering, as I didn’t receive any communication, no reply, emailed again 2 days later to be told and I quote ‘ stove glass cut to size id 5 to 7 working days you should have received an email the glass will be with you next week’ it was like a 15 year old had wrote it! no apologies for the delay or lack of communication! Oh and this would be via evri not Royal Mail. Emailed again today to cancel the order as it was clear I wasn’t going to be receiving it anytime soon, to be told there was a delay due to ‘seasonal rush’ if your unable to fulfil the order in the given time the courteous thing to do is send out an email and update the website. Do not recommend one bit, if I could give one star I would!

Company is shocking

Company is shocking. Been over a month and still not recieved my order! Ordered on the 3rd of october and its now the 10th of november!
Will not be purchasing from them again and will be contacting my bank and trading standards as they have taken my money but ive not received anything and getting their customer service is a joke.

Don't order anything...RUN....wished I had.
Have to back track. item arrived 2 days ago(08/09/2025) nicely wrapped and Evri small damage to box. Frightful to no communication glass came direct from somewhere else as per paperwork inside. I can add no more. You decide yourself, me.???? Nope.

Do not use

Took my money but nothing been sent after 3 weeks, apparently the glass cutting machine was down. Asked for a refund but no response. Have had to contact my bank to try to recover the money.
