Scammers

Scammers I was scammed a few weeks ago. I made an expensive purchase and haven't received anything since. I've been blocked everywhere and haven't received a response. They're trying to avoid it all by changing their name on Trustpilot, even though it's always been STR8S0URCE.

We have strong reason to believe that multiple recent 1-star reviews are not genuine customer experiences and have instead been submitted through multiple accounts controlled by the same individual or coordinated group. This activity appears to be intended to artificially damage our reputation and distort our TrustScore.

We have identified the following concerning patterns:
• A cluster of 1-star reviews submitted within a short timeframe
• IP and device pattern analysis indicating that several of these reviews originate from the same location
• Accounts with no credible or verifiable transaction history
• Behaviour consistent with coordinated manipulation and/or the creation of multiple accounts for the purpose of posting fake reviews

We have been in contact with Trustpilot, who have launched a formal investigation into this matter and have already identified that some of these reviews are in breach of their Terms of Service.

We respectfully ensure that this situation continues to be reviewed as a matter of urgency.

We also hope that these fraudulent reviews do not overshadow the many genuine and positive reviews we have received from legitimate customers on the platform.
