milk frother bought via TikTok from Straame …

Ordered a milk frother from Straame via TikTok, which stopped working after 3 months. Straame have basically passed the buck to tik tok and vice versa and no replacement nor refund has been arranged.
Poor quality product terrible customer service and appalling statutory rights adherence.
Avoid like the plague, terrible company.

Damaged product, zero customer service

Chairs turned up poorly packed and damaged and despite numerous attempts to contact the company they only ever send an automated response asking for the order number, which we have provided multiple times. No contact phone number. Avoid.

Ordered a 4 piece rattan garden set of…

Ordered a 4 piece rattan garden set of 3 chairs and 1 table. Table had missing parts, I emailed but was advised the missing parts couldn't be sent. Was offered to send full set back (already put the chairs up, as per instructions the table was last). Then offered a 30% refund, but never received. Wish I'd used a more reputable firm.

Absolutely shocking company

Absolutely shocking company. I bought a coffee milk frother and it broke after a week. After so many emails they sent me another replacement which was also broken. I have given up trying to get a refund or a replacement that works. Honestly, please don't use this company.

Bought the Dubai chocolate as a treat…

Bought the Dubai chocolate as a treat for hubby’s birthday, paid £12.23 for it . Amazon was delivering it and it never showed up , then they said it’s been delivered and posted through my letter box , mmm think not as my front door is in my front room so we can’t miss it , and hubby was watching TV till midnight .
Contacted this seller asking for proof of delivery with a photo , so I can find it , they have refused 🤬, have asked them for a refund they have refused 😡.
Under the consumer rights act 2015 they must ensure my goods are delivered to me at my address . This has failed 😞 and no refund . So they take the money but don’t let you have the item . Beware of using them . I would not recommend as their customer service is not good , and fob you off . If I get the refund I will let trust pilot know .
