I was charged for my order
I was charged for my order, but I never received an order confirmation email or any tracking. I contacted customer service and was told the issue would be investigated, but I have not received any updates. This has been a frustrating experience, and I hope the matter is resolved soon.
Unacceptable behavior from the store manager
I used to love shopping at Stradivarius, but my recent experience at the store in Metropolis Mall in Larnaca was deeply disturbing. While browsing the store, I witnessed the store manager shouting at and publicly humiliating the young sales assistants right on the shop floor, in front of everyone.
It was incredibly unprofessional, uncomfortable to watch, and created a highly toxic atmosphere. Nobody should be subjected to such bullying and psychological abuse at their workplace, especially not in front of customers. This behavior completely ruins the brand's reputation. I felt so uncomfortable that I left without buying anything.
Management seriously needs to investigate the toxic leadership at this store.

Went to return a pair of trousers, but system was down. So I asked for an extension on my receipt as I can't come back next five days,that was refused, was also refused a cash refund. Mgr claims she can't authorise this. So why have a mgr. Ive got my legal receipt, sales assistant was happy to extend it. That's called good customerservice. Their customer service line was just as unhelpful. Avoid this shop

Bad customer service, and I’m now down on my money
Received my order and one of the tops arrived broken. I wanted a replacement, so had to get in touch with customer service to sort this out. The person I spoke too was unwelcoming and kind of rude. Didn’t give me the choice of a replacement, just arranged a return. Didn’t give me the option of how to return, so it’s a good thing I have an inpost near me otherwise I would have struggled. I now have to reorder the top and pay for shipping as they didn’t offer me a replacement. So now I have to wait to get a refund, and either order now and be down on my money, or wait to order again when it might not be in stock anymore. Either way, I’m now money down because of this.

Absolutely fantastic customer service
Popped into the shop at the Metrocentre looking for a denim skirt.
Looked around but couldn't see the one I wanted.
This young lad approached and asked if I needed help. I told him what I needed and he set about on the mission of finding it. I found out his name is Brandon.
Brandon is without doubt the most friendly, helpful and thorough person I have ever met.
He apologised because he couldn't find the skirt (the stock levels were incorrect)
He then advised me how best to order without trailing all of the way through to the Metrocentre.
I will definitely be back if for nothing else than to meet young Brandon again.
Best customer service ever 👌

Terrible customer service. My return was not processed correctly, and I am still waiting for my refund. I contacted customer service multiple times, sent emails, and even visited the store twice, but nobody has been helpful. It’s extremely frustrating to have your money stuck while receiving no support or solution. Very disappointing experience.

Still waiting for refund after more than 6 weeks - in breach of consumer law
I returned all items from my order 50448206321 on 29 April 2026, and the return was delivered to Stradivarius' warehouse on 1 May 2026.
The total refund due was £352.89 but I received much less than that £95.95 outstanding.
I first contacted customer services on 2 May 2026 via their chat service and have followed up numerous times since. Every interaction resulted in the same response: they were "waiting for a response from the warehouse" or that the matter would be resolved shortly. After weeks of unsuccessful attempts to resolve the issue through customer service, I submitted a formal complaint to their email on 29 May 2026.
On 3 June 2026, Stradivarius replied stating that my case was still "under review by the corresponding department" and that I would receive a response as soon as possible. No timeframe was provided and no refund was issued.
I responded again on 10 June 2026, reminding them that their warehouse had received my return more than five weeks earlier and that, under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, refunds should be provided without undue delay and no later than 14 days after returned goods are received.
Despite this, I have still received no meaningful update and the outstanding £95.95 remains unpaid. I have now been waiting since 2 May 2026 and it has been over six weeks since the return was delivered to their warehouse.
What is particularly concerning is that Stradivarius has continued to withhold part of my refund well beyond the statutory refund period. Based on the dates involved, the company appears to be in breach of its legal obligations under UK consumer law, yet continues to rely on internal reviews and warehouse investigations as justification for the delay.
The most frustrating aspect is not only the missing refund but the complete lack of accountability. I have spent weeks chasing customer service, received repeated assurances that the issue was being investigated, submitted a formal complaint, and even sent a letter before action, yet nothing has been resolved.
Consumers should be aware that if a refund issue arises, obtaining a resolution may take months despite clear legal requirements regarding refund timescales.

Very poor customer service
Very poor customer service. I ordered a jacket which arrived but minus the belt. Getting in touch is difficult, emails ignored, chat shut down and WhatsApp took them teo hours to respond and then when I took 5 mins to reply they shut the message down! Promised they would look into my request but 6 days later no reply.
They replied to this email with an apology and a link to a contact form on the website. I tried that, and several emails, all to no affect. Dreadful and just gets worse!

They took the money and the goods
This was my first order from this store. My girlfriend saw an ad and decided to place an order on their website. What a mistake it was not to read the reviews beforehand. The thing is, the items they sent her didn’t fit. And their website says that if the items don’t fit, you can return them without any issues within the specified timeframe. So, we returned our order on May 11, 2026. Today is already June 11, 2026. It’s been a month since they received the return. And you know what? They’re not responding to me anymore. They have my money and the merchandise. And they’ve just started ignoring me! When I ask their customer support on the website, they say I have to wait. No one explains what to wait for or how long to wait. And this has been going on for a month now. No response, no explanations. They took the money, the items, and just stopped responding to me. I couldn’t even imagine such a scam.
I’m already starting to write to every possible authority so they’ll at least react somehow and give me an answer.

Stay away
I ordered and paid for an item in March, but it was never shipped (Norway). I eventually managed to get hold of customer service, who said they would arrange for a replacement to be sent. The replacement order was registered and was supposed to arrive around mid-April. Now customer service is no longer responding to my inquiries, and it is clear that the item was never shipped. Absolutely terrible customer service and overall experience. Stay away.

Very disappointing customer service from Stradivarius Cyprus. There is practically no way to contact anyone, and the email address listed on the website seems completely ignored. Do they ever actually read their emails? I contacted them and received no reply at all. Customers should not have to chase basic communication or support. Extremely frustrating experience.
