Did not receive my order and they were very unhelpful!

Update they, gave me full refund including tax and shipping after 3 months however... More DHL fault than there's but I made the purchase through them not DHL ..

Sadly that i can’t put a pics here of the hoodies after first time washing them!
I spend 200€ for sooo bad quality hoodies.
I really want my money back!!!

the hoodie itself is very comfy and heavyweight. BUT after first wash i have little bumps all over it. it doesnt look like new anymore

The cut is relaxed and it's warm.

BUUUUUUUUUUUT the inside of the clothe is a plushing hell. I've washed and brushed 3 times my clothes and they keep plushing plushing these little sheeps. There's some everywhere and it's itchy. This also mean the 20% polyester microplastic will get off the inside of the clothe and get into your bloodstream.

I waited a month for my order to be sent but it never did. The team from this brand answered me quickly but always said that it would sent at a certain date but it never did. I’m very disappointed because they accepted to refund me but they didn’t refund the shipping cost (15€) although the order was never shipped. I don’t recommend this brand !

I returned the pants with a track and trace code. The track and trace shows they arrived on October 6th. I haven't received a refund yet. This is the first and last time I'll order from them. There are better and faster stores.

Great customer service.

Extremely slow service and shipping. Placed and order for a hoodie that was in stock, took 25th of January, and it took them 13-days just to create a shipping label, now its gone 3-days and it still have not been picked up. This is extremely basic stuff, pack and ship the product should take no less then 2-days if you have items in stock.

Update 13th of april.
Still havent received my order…
Update 16 november, still no hoody and they have taken my money. Just terrible service.

Update 2/12 2025. Finally delivered and 50% refund as compensation. Thank you.

I am absolutely disgusted with my order! The quality of the clothes is downright awful. The fabric is super thin, feels like plastic, and after just one wash, the colors faded. The stitching is terrible, threads are sticking out everywhere. The fit is a nightmare—everything is either too big or too small, nothing sits right. And don’t even get me started on the delivery: I had to wait two weeks to receive my items, and when they finally arrived, they were folded like a mess, as if they were just thrown in a bag. Honestly, it’s a total rip-off. I wouldn’t recommend this brand to anyone, and I will make sure to never order from them again!

Good and warm hoodies, I would suggest you take one size up for better oversized fit. I had a problem with the order and they had a fast customer service

I'm leaving a review for the Black Puffer Jacket as I couldn't find any before buying it.
Hope this helps anyone looking to get it :)

In terms of sizing I bought a size S based off the measurements on the website when you switch to Dutch, as it doesn't show them in English for some reason. I'd say the measures are a bit off compared to when you check them in person with the jacket laying flat. It's a little bit shorter on each measure in real life, maybe about 1-2cm shorter than what's on the website chart.

Having said that I actually love the way the jacket fits me, it's indeed quite boxy and puffy, keeps warm and feels heavily insulated even though it's synthetic fill.
For reference I'm 181cm tall and about 71kg with a semi-athletic body structure and it fits just fine.
Not too long and the sleeves are exactly to my wrists.

It features a two way zipper which I guess for some would be a bonus, adjustable cuffs, drawstring around the waist and more importantly it is actually somewhat waterproof.

I haven't tested it in heavy rain but did spray it with water at home and the drops do indeed stay on the surface. That's definitely a plus for me as most puffer jackets at this price range aren't really waterproof.

I ordered to Bulgaria and it came within the estimated time, all taxes and shipping costs were included in the price at checkout. No problem there!

Overall I'm happy with it and would recommend the jacket to anyone looking for a simple black puffer jacket or an alternative to any expensive brand.
Hopefully it'll last long enough to not have to write a second review :)) Cheers!

Order came on time. Clothing fits perfectly and has has phenomenal quality, very satisfied

Ordered some hoodies from them 10/10, perfect fit, perfect crop, nice fit, soft, comfortable and thick material. Will be buying from again in the future.

Straight up scam. I ordered 2 hoodies and used their size chart which said I was a size Small. Got them and they turned out to be 6 cm too short and they are more like an XS than an S. Got told that it's not their problem and no refunds or anything without paying 45 Euros for return shipping. DON'T order anything from this unserious company.

Edit: Just read the answer they provided and I can tell you all that they are lying. I have our email logs and they told me they couldn't assist me with my claim. I never got any money back. What I can say is that not I do not think this is a serious company!
