Had first appointment today and all staff was very helpful, told me the exact plan to what was happening and talked me through the next stages of the process very happy so far 👌🏻👌🏻

The team has been amazing! They were extremely thorough in the consultation, ensuring I had no questions left unanswered. Everything was covered in the same consultation with precision. Renee has especially been so helpful and kind, calling regularly making sure I am happy with the process so far. Looking forward to getting my STRAIGHTS Aligners!

I’m still very early in the process but I’m very happy with Straights and the team. They’re open to all the questions I have and really do understand how much of a big decision this is for me. Super helpful and honest. Exactly what I needed them to be. Particular thanks goes to Renee and Tom; you’ve been excellent and so personal about everything. So, I have a 14yo daughter who has wanted her teeth done for over a year now. We did try invisalign as they have places very close. They were over £2600 more.
I tried a few other places, but the help that both Tom Mitchell and Renee Clayton have shown me, proves I was right to check Straights. Tom made sure the work would be carried out at one of the places of my choice, Renee has phoned a few times just to check in and answer any questions I had. Told me what will happen at each stage, how much care you get , everything. working the dates round the time I have my daughter.
All I got from the others was "email confirming treatment"
the personal touch has made me pleased I have gone with them and a phone call goes a long was in my books.

I had a brilliant initial consultation with Tom, who explained the whole aligner process clearly and was so friendly and reassuring. I then had a follow-up call with Renee, who was equally helpful and informative. The team at Straights are incredibly quick to respond to any questions, which has made the whole experience feel smooth and stress-free. I had a lot of questions at first before getting started with anything, everything was answered in as little time as 20 minutes. I had a consultation with Max who ran me through the whole process of everything and finance options and then had a supportive follow up call with Renee who gave me another run down on everything and talked me through the next steps and after care procedures. All around 10/10 customer service and support, Highly recommended.

I’m currently on week 7 of my 12-week Straights aligner journey, and I honestly couldn’t be happier! From the moment my box arrived, I was blown away by the presentation — each set of aligners is individually packed and clearly labelled with your name and the week you need to use them. The results so far have been amazing — I can already see a huge difference in my teeth. They’re moving beautifully into alignment, and my bottom teeth are nearly completely straight already! I can’t believe how much progress I’ve made in such a short time.

I am currently halfway through my invisalign treatment and cannot wait for the finished results. I got my braces done at Space Dental, and the experience has been great . The staff are friendly and patient, especially the girls on the reception desk ! always explaining each step clearly and making me feel comfortable during adjustments. The clinic is modern and clean, and appointments run on time. My teeth are already showing great progress, and I love them so far , I’ve got 3 weeks left on my space journey and my teeth are looking great , Highly recommend space for anyone considering braces.
