First time using Temu as an online retailer and the parcel was delivered within the identified window by Temu. The parcel was dropped off by a friendly and professional driver, who took photos as well to prove that the parcel was delivered. I have no negative comments. Sorry if others did not experience the same level of service.

Three packages ordered. One arrived in BC, the others made it to Toronto. All were returned to sender before attempting delivery. They lie in their reasons for delivery failure. ǰTerrible service. Customer service refused to help.
Terrible courier service
Terrible courier service. Tracking updates were vague and didn't include a location many times, and somehow in just over a month they have said 11 orders could not be delivered and would be sent back to the shipper, including things I got on sale that are no longer available. Emailing and calling them didn't help, because they refused to do anything helpful. Other couriers delivered to me just fine, and so did straightship until December. If the packages were late that would be one thing, but to not deliver them at all is a bit much. It's also interesting how a package destined for St. John's, NL, ended up out for delivery in Moncton, NB, before being sent back to the merchant.
This company is amateur, cannot get things where they need to go, and are entirely unhelpful when something goes wrong.

Straight Ship Scammers
I placed an order on Temu and noticed that Straightship posted a fake picture of packages on shelves in a room as proof of delivery. The parcel room in my condo building does not even look like the picture they shared as Proof of Delivery. They never buzzed me to even deliver this package. The shipping company is a huge SCAM and should be out of business.
Poor service
I'd give them 0 if I could. They left a package outside of my apartment door at 5:43 pm according to them. I didn't receive a delivery notification until around 9 pm. And guess what?? Someone had stolen my package

The other 5 were "sent back to the shipper" without even an attempt at delivery. Straightship never responds to customer emails ... ever! I don't know what this company does with everyones packages but they literally don't even attempt to ship them within Canada.

MY first order from temu was great so was my second.The third sat in warehouse for 6 weeks.Temu refunded .order showed up2 weeks later.Fourth orderwas sent back to seller,they said they were unable to deliver but it had only been ordered 8 days and i am sure you cannot get an order from china that fast.Temu refunded.My next order was only ordered on jan 3.Again same message unable to deliver sent back ,but the plane is still in china.Temu.please get a better shipper.......i have had the same address for27 years,ordered hundreds of packages from lots of sellers This is the first time that i had anyproblems.TEMU is not to blame

Terrible service. I regularly order from temu and Amazon. I occassionally, but rarely, encounter delivery delays.
I have had 3 shipments sent thru straightship. Now 2 months later they've returned them allaaying to shipper saying my address is wrong. It isnt. Same address I've always used.

Very horrible company,I had 2 bad experiences so far from them with my parcel being ripped open and one left at wrong door,this time my 2 other parcels are being sent back to shipper,got refunded,and 3 more on the way and says out for delivery when it's not, false tracking updates,I guess I'm not getting my packages,not ordering from temu anymore that's it, I'd rather order from eBay ,had no problems until November to January, waisted money,I called straight ship to instructed to deliver at my door and here the packages are sent back saying out for delivery,bs.

I watched the courier pull up to my house get out go to his back car door stand there for a bit on his phone. Get back in his car and drive away immediately marking it as an attempted delivery! Like wow!
Don't hold your breath for delivery
I have been tracking a parcel that was supposed to be delivered by Straightshipping. I say 'supposed to" because it has been sitting in the North Calgary depot for 5 days with no movement. I gather this is the norm for this company i will advise the sender NOT to use this company again. Sitting on a package in a warehouse for 5 days is hardly a 'delivery service".
Worst deliver service ever!
Unable to contact customer service their website, packages misdirected to other provinces. Packages lost or stolen by straightship employees after being released from customs. When they do deliver the delivery drivers just throw the items into the driveway of toss them over the fence breaking items in the package, leaving them to be stolen or out in bad weather. There are signs on my garage door with instructions where to place the packages but the drivers either ignore or can’t read English. Other services like Purolator or FedEx are capable of following the instructions and are courteous, polite and do their jobs well. Why can’t straight ship provide better service?

Would give ZERO stars if possible. Have had my parcel for 10 days and it hasn’t moved or any update on website. Called three times and given the exact same “song & dance” and said they will call back. Never received any callbacks. This is the WORST customer service I have ever come across.
UPDATE - 3 calls to them, on hold saying 1 minutes 45 seconds….call drops after being on hold for an hour.

They left my package behind the garbage bin... it was found by my neighbour... I live in an apartment building and the package had my unit number on it. Never happened to me until I saw that my Temu order is being shipped by this vile unprofessional company. Their call centre is even more useless. One of them hung up on me because I sightly sounded frustrated with this delivery. Disgusting. One star? more like -1

*EDIT: While I never did receive any reply’s to my emails from Straightship, I will give credit to the delivery drivers who did deliver my packages eventually. There was 3 in total all arriving by or just before Dec 5 and they didn’t arrive until Dec 18 at 5pm (2 parckages) and the one that was supposedly lost arrived Dec 20 in the afternoon. The drivers did a good job, too bad the company’s customer service can’t.
Until recently I never had any issues with Straightship delivering my packages. Recently however they have been terrible. I had 3 outstanding orders; the first order they lost all together and thankfully Temu gave me great customer service and refunded me. The next two orders are in limbo…they show departed Mississauga Nov 28/25 and have not updated since. When I try tracking my packages they show as expected delivery by 10pm today for what’s now over a week ! I’ve tried calling them about this and was put on hold then disconnected, I’ve sent 2 emails enquiring where my packages are and so far no one has replied. I realize Christmas is a very busy time of year, but this is no excuse for such horrible customer service. I really hope Temu finds a different company that is more dependable.
