Fantastic products, I particularly like their quality and range of the NATO straps, I have several of these I interchange on my Timex Weekender and Seiko SRPD. Massive credit to customer service, who are flexible and have helped me when I have made sizing errors on leather straps in the past. Overall, quality products with quality service

I realised after I ordered my wrist band, that I had missed the information about measuring correctly. The customer service staff were amazing, and made sure that the correct wrist band was sent to me urgently so I could use my watch. Strapify have such a wide range for so many different watches. I was able to find the right size and type of strap for my watch by filling in their short questionnaire. Shipping was super quick - I received my order within two business days of purchase. The quality of the strap is great, easy to fit to the watch face and their colour range is fab! Super happy with my purchase.

I had ordered the wrong strap for my Garmin. In less than 24 hours I had been contacted and directed towards appropriate straps I could choose from instead. It was an easy process and communication was great! I highly recommend Strapify and definitely recommend providing your watch make and model!

I purchased 2 watch straps which were way too big, which was surprising as my wrist is pretty normal for AFAB. I was told I could only an exchange. I exchanged it for a different strap (Military Velcro one) which said on the website it would fit my wrist size. That strap was poorly designed and still didn't fit. I returned it and told I could get a refund. I still haven't received my refund and it's been over a month and I've emailed them 3 times with no response.

I ordered a Silver Milanese watch strap for my Garmin, as I was allergic to the original band. I wore the band everyday for almost a year. The band stood up in all my sporting activities, great quality product. I like the look of the Milanese band, it makes my sports watch look elevated so I can still wear it when going out. The band was shipped quickly and the customer service team was great. Overall good experience!

The product I ordered arrived so quickly and despite it being the wrong width for my watch (my fault, not Strapify) they promptly responded to my request to exchange it. Excellent customer service and the product itself looked great. Better quality than I expected for the price! I would definitely order again.

A watch strap I bought a few months ago broke after losing a pin in the band. I email strapify and had an almost immediate response and a new notification that another band to replace mine was on the way. Seamless experience besides the break!
