I ordered 40 items that wee being discontinued and received a notice that they were sold out. I was discouraged and wished that the item was taken down before I placed my order, or at least provided a partial order.

Just good products. Bought some T92 bonded polyester thread from them and I'm very happy with it, it's very strong.

Strapworks is my go to place to order webbing and hardware. There was a mistake in my latest order, but customer service was quick to get back to me and had my correct item in the mail the same day.

Website was easy to navigate. Good selection of products. Shipped on time. No issues. Quality products with reasonable prices. Will definitely order again. Great company. Customer service oriented.

My straps were shipped right away and arrived well packaged. They are very easy to sew or rivet - I used mine for straps on bags. Sometimes it is just so much easier to use "strappage" rather than making straps from fabric. Plus, I found these to work well with sliders; sometimes fabric handles can get too bulky. I will be ordering more over time. Thank you for a great product! PS: Customer service was very helpful as this was the first time I ordered from them and had questions on the different materials.

From the time of purchase till the next bit of communication from Strapworks was 15 days. I believe it would have been much longer if I hadn’t reached out to customer service, inquiring about the status of my order. The website says to allow 5-10 days for shipping, by the time I get my order it will be about a month.

So far no apology, discount, refund, or any explanation why it took them so long and required me prompting them, to finally mail my order, which I was charged almost a month ago.

I was able to talk to a knowledgeable person who helped me select just what I needed. Also, years I'd called to order nylon tubing to web a canoe seat and the person I talked to set me straight and said to use some kind of (can't remember) Poly because nylon stretches too much. Now, years later, all of the YOUTUBE instruction I found online were no good whatsoever.

Quick shipped, product is excellent quality.

They were the closest thing to the older Creedmoor coat buckle that I lost in the first match of the season. Had to slightly relieve the catches to mate with the receiving side and was good to go a half hour after opening the package.

Had the size/width, color selection and any length I wanted. Accurate, prompt delivery. Have bought before, will buy again.

The options to customize a belt - I needed it for a trip that includes a plane and could choose the plastic buckle. My grandson liked the colors and tried it on - too big for his 7 year old body but he let the extra hang down.

The straps I ordered were quality and delivered in a timely manner. All good! The only thing I would say is if they were labeled, size wise, that would be helpful. They were tied off and grouped together in like size, but I ordered quite a few straps , so a label would have made it a bit easier., but all good

Wish the elastic strap I purchased was thicker. I was after more web/canvass consistency with just a little stretch, but instead I got something thinner than even my normal elastic belts.

I’ve been ordering from these guys for almost 20 years the only thing better than their products is their service.

Ordering was easy from the website, with lots of quality options to choose from. Checkout went as expected, with delivery via UPS 3 day Express selected. Tracking appeared that showed it had been put on a delivery truck and was out for delivery. Then a notice from UPS saying the package was being returned to sender, due to address being incorrect? Back to Eugene and then shipped via USPS…………..
Arriving about a week Later than originally scheduled. Two Stars is Generous.
