Place order and paid for UPS shipping
Place order and paid for UPS shipping. Asked for shipping tracking and did not receive any info. Over a week later my order had not shipped, so I canceled my order. Never spoke to anyone at Strapworks. Had their communications be better I would not have canceled.

Ordered 3/4 in
Ordered 3/4 in. spring buckle straps a couple of years ago and the hardware was thicker metal and stronger. I can bend the spring buckle of these new ones by hand. This makes them useless to me if I cant tighten them with out the buckle bending and loosening.

I needed to hold down a boat dinghy…
I needed to hold down a boat dinghy where the original strap hooks rusted out. It came with the correct length and worked perfectly. Thank you
Excellent product, excellent value
I received an excellent product for what I considered to be a bargain price. The online experience was very good, the website easy to navigate – and the shipping was just great! 10/10 recommend!
Easy to find what I was looking for
Easy to find what I was looking for. Only issue is that I ordered “light red” which looked like a bright red in the photo. The actual webbing, however, is quite dark, almost a burgundy color. I have ordered from this company for years and colors in photo were spot on for exactly what I needed. But I used it anyway for a duffle bag I was making. I’ll find Out if recipient likes the color.
the product itself
the product itself. your product replaced bulky plastic slides on my suspenders making them lay flatter under a shirt and less bulky for golfing on the outside of my shirts. a simple remedy for an uncomfortable situation
Fast and what I need
Every time the order is right and sent right out and it's just what I need to make great stuff
Everything I need for our leather…
Everything I need for our leather projects , I can find in your website !! It’s really easy to navigate and exactly what I need !! Your website is awesome !!
The red stripping bled into the white stripping, turning it pink.
The red, white, & blue strapping I received, the red bleed into the white stripes. Very disappointing. I was in time crunch so I made the collars and leashes, but no one purchased the 1" size, since it's white was really more of a pink. The 3/4" size had some bleeding but not as bad as the 1" strapping.
