I was considering buying a new strap from one of the biggest online retailers that was imported and did not appear to have the quality I wanted. I found Strapworks after an internet search and I am very glad I did, reasonable cost, much better quality and choices, and best of all made in the U.S.A.

Easy place to do your business

I ordered a product and the color was lighter than what I referenced on the website. I inquired about an exchange and was told they don't do exchanges just returns. I have not even removed it from the box. So I just figured I would reorder the darker color. Then I was informed (by Raina) that a 25% restocking fee would be applied. I pushed back as I really was hoping to do bigger business with this company and I expressed that in my communication. I go through hundreds of yards of this particular product and wasn't happy with whom I have been working with. After being told no, they came back with 15% restocking fee. I couldn't understand because I wanted to place a larger order and was clear I would pay for the return shipping...The excuse I then received (by Gabe - a mgr. ) was as follows - "we are a small business and cannot afford to do so in a no-cost capacity." I thought I was using a credit and spending plus... how was that a no cost transaction? They were charging me 43.00 dollars to place back on a shelf? As a small business, the prospect or loss of doing a larger business is worth $43 ? ... then I received a further warning, "Additionally, please be advised that if you choose to send back the product without the RMA form included, it will not result in a refund beyond the product cost minus the restocking fee as discussed " - obviously the "MGR" hadn't reviewed the situation because one had already been issued. I agreed and then requested the contact of the Mgr. above or the owner, being a small business I figured this wouldn't be an issue...Then this "Unfortunately, I do not have any contact info for anyone higher in the org at this time. " The org? I thought this was a small business, shouldn't be too difficult, right? ... I was going to see if something could be worked out if I placed the larger order first...anyway, It didn't go any further. A loss for both sides... hope the $43.00 dollars keeps you in business. So disappointed.

You carried parts I did not find elsewhere. I picked up the order and found your employees very cordial, including Tom, with whom I spoke for awhile.

Wow great fast service. I had a customer looking to buy some white ladder buckles. I have dozens of black ones which are available everywhere but I’d never seen white ones before in 25 years of being in the marine canvas. Strapwork.com not only has them but they immediately shipped me 10 of them and I received them promptly. Not being previously familiar with Strapworks I was pleasantly impressed with their inventory and fast service. I highly recommend giving them a try for all your strapping and fastener needs.

you guys did great, on time, on budget. just unfortunate that I had to buy straps to fix tie down set...only cost 2X original cost of set, 2 months ago. oh well

They were great, super helpful in order, arrived in time and great quality. I am pretty particular with the straps for my raft and love being able to customize length, color and buckle!

I needed some webbing to make some small tote bags to sell in my store and a full roll of different colors would have been way beyond my budget. I just needed small pieces different colors, different sizes, that’s exactly what you have available. I’m so happy with my order and especially the large order being available. Strapworks helped me find a favorite color in their photopoly webbing. They are great to work with.

Everything went very well, from exploring the web site to building a pair of straps to fit my cooler bag.
The only thing I was unsure about was the length of the straps, I ordered the small and was hoping they wouldn’t be too short but as it worked out they fit perfectly.
Maybe on the web site they could give a working length.

The items arrived promptly and well packaged.
