Stratagem Hosting 

Unfortunately, Ben must of giving over ownership to someone else.

Announcing they are shutting down in August, we can’t even access our websites due to an error on the client page.

So basically our websites are now hostage and we have no way of moving out our websites before the august deadline.

Stratagem used to be the best host I had ever used when a chap called Ben was running it. Now, however, I'm looking to move everything elsewhere because my recent experience of their customer service has been nothing short of diabolical. As another recent reviewer here has said, don't bother submitting a support ticket because you'll never hear back. Tragic.

Had no response for over 5 days... and today the ticket has been closed automatically !!!

The problem has not even been looked at by Stratagem. There is no phone number to call support, no email to escalate.

We had an issue with our WordPress site. Ben guided us in the right direction in finding the problem. This was in our site and not with the hosting. Even though this turned out to be the case Ben had already run updates on the system just in case. You won't get this level of service elsewhere.

Excellent support for a non-standard request. Fast support to assist setting up a range of things on behalf of a local charity I work with. You don't get this level of support and flexibility with the well known big names.

I recently acquired a sponsored ASN and IPv6 address space from Stratagem. Ben was very helpful throughout the whole process and got everything set up for me quickly.

I'm very satisfied with the services being provided to me.

Performance good. Provisioning experience was good. Custom service responsiveness good.

Networking peering is good.

Only counter-intuitive thing is when ordering the platform asks about your domain as if it were a hosting platform, despite it just being a VPS order.

Moved to Stratagem from TSOHost a couple of days ago. There have been a few hiccups along the way but Ben (who appears to work 24/7!) has dealt with them very quickly. He has been incredibly responsive to my support issues and has fixed things almost as soon as I’ve raised the ticket. If the service continues as is I’ll be very happy indeed!

At first I saw this offer from LET, VPS hosting in the United Kingdom, which is a lot of Europe and North America are still good speed, and to the traffic is very sufficient, there are three times the traffic activities, I bought.

Then I was ready to set up my BGP session, encountered some problems, got very professional answers, and finally upgraded some parameters of my package because of the delay, I felt very friendly.

I monitored the network for several hours and the network stability is very good, I recommend it.

Pretty happy with the service provided. Support is very fast, and so is the service.

Thank you to Stratagem who resolved the 2FA issues on my account today. This was not a fault on the part of Stratagem, but rather a fault on the authenticator app I used. I sent a support request to Stratagem this morning, and very quickly I had a call back from them. Within minutes, after answering a few security questions, the support agent had me up and running again.

I migrated my website to Stratagem about 2 years ago, and it was the best decision I could have made in relation to my website. Stratagem are a first-class service. If anybody is considering moving the hosting of their website, I highly recommend Stratagem. They simply, are the best! I cannot recall the name of the agent who called me, but I am extremely grateful to you. Thank you.

The team at Stratagem really endeavour to support you however they can. I asked for a BGP session on a cheap VPS and while they did not have a working system at first, they kept me up to date and informed me of any changes and even remote debugging in order to get our session established. Communication is key and Stratagem have very strong communication.

I had problems with another host who kept changing the criteria for my FTP log-ons. I switched my remote clients to Stratagem a year ago and everything has performed well. I have just moved my remaining domains because Stratagem is keen to perform, is responsive and deserving of my business. It's good to support a fully GB-based company.

Stop looking for a hosting service. This is it! Unbelievable help, top notch service. I've been hosting sites for well over 2 decades, stratagem is the gem I've always was looking for. The server speeds are amazing and the prices superb, I'm set!

I've been using Stratagem for around 18 months at this point for my hosting needs. I've been extremely pleased with the performance and decided, after consultation with their technical team to explore using their VPS services.
We were already off to a great start with the performance exceeding my expectations - so much so that I started to push the server beyond its reasonable (and unreasonable) limits. I have just upgraded to a more powerful VPS and the experience was unbelievably smooth, with immediate assistance and a painless, smooth transition to significantly more performance. Really hard to recommend these guys highly enough.
