Stratagem Hosting 

The hosting company I'd been using for many years botched an internal migration, losing WordPress theme settings and a complicated article I'd written, and corrupting some of the text. Stratagem spotted a Twitter post I'd made and invited me to move my site onto their server. They made the transition as painless as possible and kept me informed of progress. Stratagem provides old-fashioned, human-based service and it's a pleasure to do business with them.

Absolutely cracking service. Way beyond expectations. Ben is one of the most helpful guys I've ever worked with.

My site had crashed and my existing host & other hosts I'd found were either unable to understand what I needed or unable to help. Within 12 hours of discovering Stratagem, they had understood my problem, migrated my site for me, set everything up and got the whole thing running. I went to bed with a broken website on my existing host, and woke up to find my fully functioning website operating on Stratagem - I couldn't be happier! I found their customer service to be absolutely exceptional and the quality of what they are providing is also outstanding. It's also a very fair price! This strikes me as the best host I've used since I started in 2005, and I'm really glad that they found me and were able to help. I 100% recommend!

Wonderful site hosting experience from Stratagem hosting. The customer service is outstanding and I was always given the support I required when building my first website.

I asked Strategem if they could migrate my website to their servers and it was all done with 30 minutes or so. The support staff were incredibly helpful and answered all my questions very clearly. Excellent service and I would strongly recommend using them.

Easy to talk to and very profesional .

A breath of fresh air! I've been using IONOS (formerly 1and1) for over two years and had nothing but problem after problem. Moving to Stratagem and using their migrating service has allowed me to focus on growing my business without the worry! I can't recommend Stratagem enough. Stratagem actually live up to the idea of personalised customer care. They look after me, just a small user, but they treat me like a star purchaser. They're excellent.

Can't rate these guys high enough, I am a bit rusty with domains with what's involved with transfering them.

I was apprehensive about moving web hosting providers but Stratagem Host made it very easy and simple. Quick to respond to my queries and quick to make the transfer.

I moved to Stratagem just about a year ago and everything has gone brilliantly. Hardly any need to contact support but whether by ticket or chat, the response is immediate. Couldn't ask for more, and no other web host has ever been anywhere near as good as this. Thanks.

They took over hosting my domain and built me a new website, and all the while they were in touch keeping me informed about everything. I couldn't be happier.

I moved to Stratagem after my previous host's service deteriorated.
The migration was handled fully by Stratagem and throughout I received excellent communication on as to how it was progressing.
For multi-site hosting (using add-on domains) I found them to be one of the cheaper options but this doesn't come at a cost to the level of service and support provided.

I moved hosts early 2019 to EUKhost and everything was a disaster, from migrating, rudeness of customer service, websites constantly going down, even an attempt to blackmail me - I knew I had to migrate again but was very wary of who to migrate to.

Eventually, after studying many offers I chose Stratagem.

The sale was not at all pushy - I was in control. Price is good.

The migration was super easy, quick and involved no work.

I have had zero downtime since I migrated in December. I have quicker loading times too.

Every time I've had a query, I've had a quick and comprehensive answer.

If I had knew about Stratagem in early 2019, I would have saved myself a lot of pain.

To date, Stratagem has provided an absolutely first-class service. Not only is their hosting infrastructure solid, their customer service and technical support is superb. They're actually so good at what they do, after a couple of weeks of hosting a small personal project on their cloud platform, I decided to move my companies dedicated web, mail and database servers from another major hosting company to their infrastructure, virtualizing them in the process. Their VPS servers save money, provide more control and there's less to go wrong. Considering the potential for things to go awry, migration was a breeze thanks to good comms, and technical excellence demonstrated by their engineers. The Stratagem platform feels solid and I'm experiencing snappy, low latency connections across the board. Importantly, Stratagem also listen and have worked with me to provide the perfect local/remote backup solution.
