Sandra made this distribution procedure much simpler and quicker, and was very nice, thanks!
We would give a 5 star, but the wait time to get someone is usually very long.

Well it has been a slog

Well it has been a slog. I finally got through to a person for the 3rd time. Heather explained that the new metals distribution form wouldn't allow a minus amount as in wire fees and the like. She explained the problem fully. Honestly had she not helped me figure this out I would changed my IRA to another trust company. High marks for Heather desling with my frustration professionally and with common sense demeaner. Great woork Heather

I wished to sell some gold to fund…

I wished to sell some gold to fund another project I have. I began in early Dec. It took me several calls to get the person who was assigned to me. The sale took place (on Dec 17, I was told) but I never received my money. When I called, I was told the broker was on vacation. I have called seven times (to that broker and others) and left messages, but have not received a call back. Your directory does not give phone numbers of individuals, so I can't reach a manager. HELP.

There was a lot to sign and making sure you got all things signed !!
But when you get the right help it goes well and Heather did fabulous.

Melissa S. calmed me instantly!

Melissa put me at ease the moment she answered the phone. I could just tell by her sweet voice and tone that my call would be a success! I wasn't looking forward to the call, as I always seem to have problems with your website and really didn't want to make this an hour long call. There were a few issues we had to correct on my account. Melissa was so very patient with me with each issue, and walked me through so I feel much more confident when using your website. Such a very sweet, patient and caring woman Melissa Stead is. I was very impressed & if I ever need to call for assistance again, I will request Melissa.

Genisus was absolutely wonderful

Brittany Sisneros!
She took the time with me. I had multiple questions with some challenges. She was with me the whole time. She was patient and professional! Some times, when I've called Strata, I can't understand them (their first language might not be English) and sometimes, they are anxious to get off the phone without taking the time needed for me to understand.
But Brittany did an OUTSTANDING job today and I would like her bosses to know that us clients on the other end appreciate she and others who are like her in their patience and knowledge. Thank you Brittany.

Strata /Brittany S. exceeded expectations.

Strata is wonderful! Brittany Sisnero was knowledgeable, professional, personable, and efficient with her answers. She was able to assist me with online forms, passcode info (private) for signature, and understanding about downloading documents! The experience was phenomenal!

Natalie Jensen at Strata Trust

Natalie Jensen, a client services associate was one of the most condescending customer service reps I've ever experienced with STRATA TRUST. NO help, not caring, bad attitude and unprofessional.
If this is the holding company that holds your money- I'd go elsewhere.
I'm moving my $$ out of STRATA TRUST if possible-
