I have been dealing with a gentleman named Patrick and a young lady named Lee Ann at strata. I have to tell you that I could not be happier with them. People say those things in reviews but I’m telling you I mean it. When I call, they answer the phone or they get back to me almost immediately. If they don’t have the answer, they get somebody to get me the answer and they follow up with me. It has been beyond a breath of fresh air dealing with them. I am coming from equity trust which has been an absolute dumpster fire equity trust has been a nightmare for me in the last four years with a charge bloated fees, and have absolutely horrendous customer service. I went from four accounts at equity trust to consolidate in the two accounts that strata and I moved over $1 million to strata and I’m happy as can be being there. Great job Patrick and great job Lee ANN.

Replying to Ms. Jessica Gaddy, Strata Trust Company, Client Service Manager. She posted reply to my posting on this website;
I do not see any transparency over here, and there is no misstatement in my review. She replied to my posting so prompt, but she did not reply to my e-mails months.
She is claiming 43 calls over a month. Not true. She knows I have been struggling about 4 months to sale and transfer the money to another institution. After my first time contact, they mailed me a letter on April 17, 2025 with 4 options. Also, they told me very later that I cannot use option 3 in their own letter. Merrill Lynch Rep. is witness of this conference call.
Requested Ms. Victoria Ramirez, Manager to provide quote. She gave the quote after two days, when the market was down. When I asked quote again on 05/29/25, she said that she is not going to give me until I signed sale contract. How can I sign a contract without knowing what price I am selling?
Mr. Cory Copper did not disclose all the fees, when we had conference call (Myself, Cory & Merrill Rep.) on 06/26/25 and we asked for the fees twice. I have Merrill Rep. as a witness of our conversation. How will I know what charges is applicable to my transfer? Strata responsibility to explain all the charges. Also, they are charging $125/yr. membership fees for services. Strata charged me $121.57 shipping charges. I requested 2nd day delivery. I spoke to Fed Ex Rep. and they told me 2nd day delivery cost only $20.
Ms. Natalie & some other person advised me to sell the metals; broker has to fill out ADR form. Broker filled out and submitted the form. Strata rejected the ADR form. Upon inquiry they said do not need to fill out ADR form. Below are few examples;
06/05/2025 - Liquidated precious metals thru Apmex.
06/06/2025 - Spoke to Michelle, did you get the liquidate forms from Apmex. She said YES. Then I asked several times anything else need to be filled out. Each time she said NO.
06/10/2025 - Received an e-mail few more forms needed to be filled out.
06/11/2025 - Spoke to Natalie this morning and completed the requirement. Then I asked her several times anymore form need to be filled out. She said NO.
06/11/2025 - Spoke to Marcia, she said telephone information needed to be updated.
06/12/2025 - Morning Silvia called more form need to be filled.
Why am I filling forms every day? Ms. Jessica never replied to me about their misinformation.
Closing an account with Strata is costing $446.57; besides membership cost $125/year. This is ridiculous, outrageous.
