We contracted with Strategix in November of 2023.
14 months later we still do not have a working website. we also had contracted with them for website domain and servicing for our first year. Bottom Line...after all this time still have nothing out there. A Laundry list of excuses-designers Mother ill, Mother Died, Settling Estate, a Move from NY to GA, Phone Numbers changed, Your template we did not re-new with so we have to start over with the project with another template provider. It took months for some minor corrections to happen. Frank Meyers was our Designer after our first designer had an emergency. After $1200 spend on design and servicing, with no website we ask for a refund or results. Frank asked for another two weeks then nothing again. He told us he could only give us a 40% refund ($480.00) which was just out of the question. Don't forget we had time invested in this as well. Also, one of the questions I asked when the delays were occurring was the servicing that we are paying for, when does it start? Frank confirmed that it would not begin till Website was up and working. now, he says they are keeping all the servings fee??? Our response is " For What? A website that is not up?" Beware of this company. In the beginning they were friendly and professional, but watch out!

I had an idea for a website for the first 2 months everything went well, so I thought anyway. Then later
They refused to put the banner I requested!!
They charged me $250 x2 for 2 business emails.
650 for some type of payment gateway called RT media
because they told me they used stripe, but something happened, I contacted stripe they said they can't be a payment gateway for such a website. I PAID 450 for the initial website I paid for SEO, hosting among other things!!
in total I paid about $5,000 and still no website. Someone had the nerve after all that to call and ask me if want to pay again for another payment gateway!! and that I should send an additional $1000 my dreams were smashed and my soul crushed!! I'm not even sure what to call them, no words can suffice!

we have an agreement they have to give me my website source files and credentials but they ask $945 to give me what i supposed to receive and i am not able to use my website now i already paid $5000. they are a thief they steal money from the people. i am suing this company to get my all money what i paid! stay and wait you thief Frank!

They stole $500 from me for website hosting. Stay away!

This company is very incompetent. I paid for five years of maintenance on my website and they took it down after two when I wouldn’t pay for help getting a Wiki page. It took him two months to fix each issue that they had problems with on the site. They also had a team that would publish books and they destroyed a book of mine using the wrong font, and I had to fix issues that they created with Amazon. They also had a lawyer that worked with me on my copyright, but because I didn’t move forward with them, they filed it as I was claiming bankruptcy when I never have. They destroyed my website, my book and my copyright.

These positive reviews are all lies!
Probably from friends and relitives.
Steer clear of this company.
I am having to sue them for incompitence and delivering me an incomplete and unusable website.
And not giving me admin functionality After 6 months of waiting.
They are just out to take your money!

Now I hired this team to make SEO for me. Will make an update in several months when I receive results.

First off they aren’t in the US really..They did a basic job with an assignment I asked of them.. communication wasn’t fluid. They tried to finagle their way into a website and I didn’t want that. They then didn’t complete the work I asked. I chose another company to do my website due to their reviews. I almost hired this company for that but thank God I didn’t.

DO NOT trust this company unless you truly have nowhere else to go and you’re low on funds. SHADY and dishonest. I literally blocked them and didn’t care if I spent money with them. I refuse to partner with people who lie to me. TAKE MY ADVICE!

Horrible service and corrupt. These individuals claim to be web developers and designers and will loop you in that way to take over all your marketing channels. They will hijack your account and use it for their own purposes, re-direct leads, and basically steal your marketing dollars and leads. They set up a very basic template for my website, leaving it open for hacking by the apps they installed. VERY SHADY BUSINESS. Another client of theirs contacted me after my last review, saying they did the same to him.

Zephyr did a great job accomplishing my request to fix up some errors on my Wix website. It was a straightforward request and he got it done timely and correctly.

Frank Meyers did an amazing job improving the website’s SEO. He was very responsive and always available to answer my question. I would definitely recommend Strategix Design for SEO services.
