Everything was fine.
Firstly I ordered wrong size, and I should be to sent back my parcel, and strauss sent me again what I want. Thank a lot to Strauss team for good working.

Unfortunately after many years and many thousands of pounds spent on clothing with STRAUSS I feel we have to let other consumers know of the lack of customer support received of late.
The sizing on a recent branded order we placed is way off a standard size and way their other sizes.
The Large is nearer XXL and with this being workwear, it is deemed too baggy and dangerous to wear in our machine working environment.
This was reported to Strauss and the response was not positive in any way.
This is clearly a manufacturing/ labelling error not a consumer error.
As a result we won’t deal with STRAUSS on any of our future orders.

After Strauss Contacted me with a solution I stand by my 1 star review, their solution is to offer me free embroidery. I don't change the fact their clothing is not sized properly and therefore not fit for purpose, something that is not supported under the UK trading law! Very poor and short sighted of you Strauss.

I always order with pleasure at this store and the reasons are simple: quality of products and a good balance between quality and price, prompt information about the delivery process and a very fast team handling returns. I had an issue once time and the time to solve the problem is more than one could expect. I love their client orientation culture and that is worth so much nowadays.

Strauss is best of the best

We have been regular Strauss customers and always had good experiences, until now. This time, several thousand euros were charged to our credit card, yet Strauss claimed the transactions were not authorised. Only after we asked did we find this out by chance. In our customer account, the order was still marked green as completed, so we simply wondered why the goods never arrived.

Instead of shipping the order or clarifying the issue, Strauss insisted we pay the full amount again in advance, saying they could not process partial payments. Their customer service confirmed the order existed but refused to proceed without another payment. Even after we showed proof that the amounts were debited, we only received generic replies and a promise to cancel the order.

We have now cancelled it ourselves and are waiting for the refund. Disappointing to see a company we trusted fail at something as basic as payment and communication.

Unfortunately for me Strauss does not offer a great deal in the range of industrial work clothing. I am a welder by trade and this does not seem to be something Strauss caters to that well. However when I google "Flame retardant work clothes" I am bombarded with suggestions from this company. If you believe google, ALL clothing from Strauss is FR. For welding or flame retardant clothing Strauss offers only ONE garment in ONE colour (Which I personally find horrible and badly made)
If you are looking for clothing to actually work in you are better of buying from BP. Strauss is just a fashion brand for people who want to look like tradesmen...

Anja..."multinorm" in the search bar brings up exactly the same items i previously reviewed. All you have acheived with your weak attempt to raise my opinion of Strauss, is to anoy me.

Quality, great design and excellent service.
The designs are wonderful and distinctive. The quality of the materials, the comfort of the clothes, and the service and shopping experience are wonderful.

Shoes fit as sized. Delivery was quick.
