My first delivery was fine and without problems, then I returned an item for a bigger size, which I had to pay for upfront, rather than a straight swap.. 3 weeks later and Ive had to ask for a refund as the exchanged item never materialised. Unfortunately due to this, I wont be purchasing from them again.

The way our returns and exchanges work is that once we receive any items at our UK returns depot we will issue a full refund and then issue a new order for the items requested in the exchange, as per our exchange page and returns form.
We do this in order to process the order whilst the items are still in the UK, as well as covering any price difference. I can see that the exchange order was paid for and dispatched but unfortunately there were difficulties with delivery. If raised with our UK customer services team we would be more than happy to look into these issues with the courier in order to request a re-delivery is attempted for you as soon as possible.
We have requested that your parcel is processed for a full refund following your earlier call.

Spent £120 on boots went in bin due to poor quality
Spent £120 on boots, one of the boots has huge lumps in it and is so uncomfortable to wear, had to throw them in the bin and buy elsewhere, we usually buy multiple sets a year for the staff but they have lost our custom due to this extremely poor quality of product
