Spent £120 on boots went in bin due to poor quality
Spent £120 on boots, one of the boots has huge lumps in it and is so uncomfortable to wear, had to throw them in the bin and buy elsewhere, we usually buy multiple sets a year for the staff but they have lost our custom due to this extremely poor quality of product

I recently bought a pair of safety shoes from Strauss, and I’m extremely happy with my purchase. The quality is excellent — the shoes are very lightweight, comfortable, and perfect for long workdays. The delivery was quick and right on time, which I really appreciated. Even the packaging was impressive, showing great attention to detail and care for the product. Overall, a fantastic experience.

Very poor communication
Very poor communication — not everytime received replies to my emails. The order was delayed by 2 months and I still haven’t received it. The whole experience has been frustrating and disappointing due to the lack of transparency. I would not recommend this company.
