Very poor customer service, still waiting for my returns label after 3 weeks
Shoes do not suit my style of running.they have agreed to refund my money on the unused shoes but not action

I Bought these trainers like many other try something new I recieved them and oh my are these the most unsuitable running shoes ive ever wore as soon as I tried them on my whole foot twisted to the inside I was practically walking with my foot at a 45° angle . I was thinking is it my footing do I need to break them in so I did go for a atempted small 5km run and was the most painful experience shins was killing me due to lack of absorption with the impact on running I had to stop but as I stopped my ankle twisted causing me to fall over and had to walk back in pain .These trainers are dangerous and cause injury ive tried to contact them like many others but no luck I wish I knew how to go further about it pretty expensive to say you cant walk less than 10m with out feeling uncomfortable they have no practicality.

3 months later and still no trainers. Had one reply to an instagram message I sent them 6 weeks ago saying they were on the way but no sign of them and now getting any reply to any correspondence. Con artists. Do NOT purchase from them as you won't get your item

Clear con artist. 6weeks delivery, no ability to stop order. Shoes are of poor quality and zero ability to communicate/refund. Stay clear.

If I could give this company a 0 star review I would. They took my money 3 weeks ago and have not delivered the shoes I ordered. They messaged once with some nonsense about delays and are uncontactable in any way. Do not fall for their marketing they will take your money and won't deliver the goods.

Good luck buying from these con artists , they have zero communication, and don't deliver items. STAY WELL CLEAR .

I bought trainers from the site as thought I would give another company a go outside of the usual running shoe brands but from order to trying to return it has not been great. It took ages to get my order, the tracking platform is very unhelpful. Still saying my order is out for delivery despite me having the shoes. The shoes came in a bag with no box. And the shoes are far too big so I am trying to return but I have emailed the company three times and still no reply. I will send a formal complaint if nothing heard soon.
