Customer Service is baddd
I ordered through Shopify- got a top and a bottom and opted for the "free returns" that you pay to add on just in case they didn't fit (sizing is hard for me). I got emailed almost immediately that my order wasn't paid for. My account still had the payment as processing, so I emailed just to check and be sure that my order wasn't paid for. I didn't want to get charged over $60 twice. They responded quickly, saying my order HAD gone through and that there was no issue on their end and I thought, Cool, okay, good thing I checked. Then, a few days later (I was thinking my order would be shipped soon) I got another email saying that my order had been cancelled due to non-payment. Again, I emailed and asked if my payment had not gone through. AND AGAIN, they said my order looked fine, but to send them screenshots of the emails I was receiving. They didn't respond to my email for over 2 weeks. My screenshots were sent on Feb 27th, and they responded on March 17th. They told me my order didn't go through. By that point, I had already figured this out. They offered to send an invoice to complete my order, but I'm over it now. I don't know what system they could be using where I'm getting automated emails from them, and they can't tell the status of my order. And a customer service email that was responding quickly suddenly doesn't respond for 2 weeks. She was very nice but didn't have the right information.
